Nice newly built cottage, 30 sqm, village environment, lake view

Newly built small house with lake views. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. Approximately 4 km to central Rättvik, approximately 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different music events in summer. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake views. Some nearby residential buildings, yet a quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, becomes a double bed when made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

Nice house with lake view!

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik / Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a balcony & view of Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is a jacuzzi outside and sauna down in the bathroom. If you come more than 4 people, there is you can sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the big room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Please treat my house with respect.

Nice sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace. The house is equipped with sauna, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

Secluded plot of land at about 1,500 m2. Max 10 min walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Glazed terrace of 32 m2 with Siljan just in front. Living room with a fireplace. Three bedrooms, now decorated with double beds in two of the rooms and four single beds in the third. There is also an attefall house with 4 beds and a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can also be rented. Families with children: There are some sliding doors on the terrace that CANNOT be locked.

There are 2 bedrooms with two single beds in the left, and a single bed as well as a family bed (80cm bed on top, 120cm bed bottom) in the right. Sofa bed (1pers) in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV, porch and toilet with shower. Extra travel cots if needed. We rent out a minimum of two nights. No pets due to allergies. Non smoking.

Stunning views over Siljan and the village around Rättvik. Walking distance to the slalom slope and summer clutter. 10 min walk to the city center swimming area and the long jetty. Very nice walking and biking trails around the corner! Why not do a day trip hike with wonderful views - o barbecue areas! Charming cottage with large terrace for dinners and socializing. 6 beds, two bedrooms, living room (with sofa bed), fireplace, kitchen and toilet. Patio with ceiling table and chairs . Pets allowed. Good distance to Dalhalla, Vasaloppet, Leksand Sommarland, Ski Games & World Heritage Site in Falun. Directly to Classic Car Week. The house has 4 rooms and a loft. Two fireplaces, a dining area, two patios, a large terrace with outdoor kitchen, lots of fun games & wifi makes this a nice destination for holidays for big and small groups.

Charming old house on a classical Dalarna farmstead. Quietly situated near lake Siljan. Guests have access to their own part of the garden. The house is 80 sqm, with two bedrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
