Ratnagiri vacation rentals near the ocean

Had the pleasure of spending 1 night and 2 days at 'TerraKot Farmhouse'. Definitely, one of my most grand homestay experience. Great view, Great Place & Great Service !!! A huge hall, 3 bedrooms with attached balconies, a small Library; a valley-facing deck, swimming pool, open area to enjoy breakfast and nice walking/hiking spots. In short, a bit for everyone. The view from the deck was the highlight of the place for me. The local delicacies prepared by the warm locals with fresh and organic vegetables made the experience even better. It was a true "farm to table" experience !! All said, dont expect a 5 star property; expect an occasional visitor (like a lizard-spider); Wear & tear due to environmental elements are visible (on door/windows); Also be prepared to be intimidated by the Silence & darkness of nature. Truly A GEM of a place in the middle of nowhere, waiting to be explored. Thanks Ashwini for the hosting us. Hoping to visit again for another mesmerizing experience !!

Its a wonderful property for a family or group of friends just awsome we had a beautiful stay here with no disturbance Fully air conditioning and you can easily stay here for a month peacefully They have all the amenities which are required Everything is well maintained And also it is a new property

Great place worth the money. Good access to ganpatipule and ratnagiri. Also homemade food in nearby restaurant and petrol cng pump nearby.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The riverside property is peaceful, scenic, and exactly as shown in the photos—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s easy to find and away from the city chaos. Mr. Sitaram and his family were incredibly warm and helpful, always responsive and ready with great local recommendations. Even in his absence, his daughter ensured everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this place for families, friends, or travelers looking for peace and comfort!

The stay was incredible and the villa is beautiful and extremely clean. The restaurants around are good too. The check in and check out was smooth. Loved the view from the balcony and the terrace. Will definitely want to visit again ! ❤️

We stayed at Shivas this week and it was memorable experience. First about the location, it's very near to the famous ganpatipule ganesh temple and malgund beach. Check-in was smooth, the villa was spotlessly clean especially the bathrooms. It was well furnished with a soft recliner sofa (awesomely relaxing) , Fridge (3 door!) and a really big TV ( my guess is 55 inches). The icing on the cake was the awesome sea view. I would definitely visit again!

Sanket is a great host. Even before we arrived, he coordinated well and helped us reach the place easily. The place is clean and located in a peaceful location. Sanket made sure we were comfortable, and provided everything we requested for. Would highly recommend this place for a stay.

It was a great stay and host is very kind and talkative. felt like i am staying at my own home. food was very delicious. experienced real taste of kokani homemade food. stay was very clean and has all amenities as mentioned. it was very satisfying experience.

We were a group of 12 people and this property was perfect and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The sea view is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. I highly recommend this place. The host is very proactive and friendly. He suggested many good places around to explore and he was prompt in fulfilling our requests. This is a great place to relax and have a nice quite vacation. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and in a very peaceful location. Shailesh kaka, the owner is an amazing host. Always available for you and will provide you solutions for everything. He arranged for an escort (Shinde kaka) to come with us to the fish market at the jetty to help us select fish. Shinde kaka then prepared the fish for us also. It was absolutely delicious. Shailesh kaka also guided us with tips of what to see around Ratnagiri. In all we had a great stay. Pros: - peaceful and clean property - all amenities in working conditions - amazing hosts Cons: - Property is a bit far from Ratnagiri and Ganpatipule - food can be improved

Felt at home. Had stayed with my parents and kids there and all were really happy to b at this place . The Courtyard, clean rooms , fully equipped kitchen, and proximity to the bhatye beach all made the place n stay memorable. May be the price was bit high due to weekends, but i din't mind because the quality time spent with family in a homely atmosphere. Own vehicle wil be better to reach here and property is bit inside the residential area. Home cooked food is also available on request, and wil be provided at home by caretaker. Overall good stay option for families..

Super Host, Always ready to help. Goes an extra mile to support customers. I strongly recommend this place for a Home like experience. Does not have a fancy setup but gives you a home like feeling. Big groups can easily enjoy the terrace for fun and games. Liked it thoroughly.
