The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome. !! The price is reduced due to balcony restoration in Summer/early Fall 2025. Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Wifi, free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & Sauna add luxury.
