Excellent hostess! Very kind and kind, we had problems with the flight but with Giselle it could be fixed without any problem, it was always instantly recorded and the apartment had absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable stay

From the beginning Bianca and Cecilia have had good communication and immense kindness. The apartment is a 5/5. The location is perfect: close to the bus terminal, supermarkets less than 5 minutes away and centrally located. It has all the essentials for the day to day. Perfect for families. It has parking, in our case we rent a car and could park it inside. Would definitely go back. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️

If you're looking for a place to stay in Panguipulli … this is it !!!! Our stay has definitely been spectacular, Loreto has left us everything we need to have a nice vacation, the environment is really amazing and the house has all the necessary amenities. I would definitely come back. Just as a recommendation, if you go with young children you have to be careful with the terrace railings and stairs and also consider that the house has cameras in all its spaces.

The house and the place are amazing, well maintained, spacious and with enough room to settle in for several days. The location is good and the surroundings are beautiful… it was a pleasure.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's over the years in the Americas and Europe, but Carlos's house on the shore of Lago Ranco is by far our favorite. The house itself is uncomplicated but beautiful. The kitchen is better equipped than any we've seen, and the bedrooms and bathrooms have the highest quality linens and towels. It is the house of people who love living there. And who wouldn't.?The garden runs right down to the shore of Lago Ranco and the views across to the Andes are unparalleled. The hosts, Carlos and Renate, the gardener Don Tine and the housekeeper Monica are among the nicest people we've met in Chile, friendly and full of advice. A++!

The house is immersed in a native forest and the owners took care to maintain that environment as it is, for those who enjoy tranquility and the mountain it is a great place, the house does not have too much or lack anything, it is what one expects to find in the middle of the mountain. From the main room it seems like you're floating in the woods. Highly recommended.

We have a lot of good things to say and a not so good one, which was finally resolved but tarnished our experience. The place is very well maintained despite being a modern house. The garden is lovely, the spaces are very spacious and comfortable. It is a house with many details that make it very interesting, from its art present in every corner to the beautiful antique tableware. It is very well located in a quiet and safe environment. It is possible to get anywhere in a very prudent time. The only drawback we had was the absence of the kitchen service, which was included in the total price. The person in charge gave excuses at the last minute, which changed our unexpected plans. Finally with Florence we resolved the issue of cooking by deducting it from the total. In conclusion we really enjoyed our stay.
