Vacation rentals with lake access in Rance

What a place! Perfect for a family. Peaceful location but only a few minutes drive or 20 minute walk into Evran. Evran had a fantastic boulangerie and a couple of restaurants and is situated 10km south of Dinan. Beautiful walks along the canal or out at Betineuc lake - with activities for the kids there too. Hosts were amazing - we had a flat tyre on arrival and Dov could not have been more helpful trying to get it fixed - going out of his way to help out and also show us around! The house was perfect, lovely garden and pool area for the kids and relaxing furniture to sit in the evening sunshine. I cannot recommend this place higher - except that we want to go back and don't want it to get booked up by everyone reading this!!!

Maryline and Jean Pierre have a lovey place, the comfort and cleanliness is great, and the bonus is a beautiful garden, bringing a lot of peaceful and enjoyable out door moment.

We spent a wonderful week at Karine’s house - beautiful, large downstairs space for all the family to enjoy and picturesque garden for the kids to run about it in. Easy to get to Dinan as well as St Malo for day trips.

Stéphanie was a fantastic host and her gite is exactly as described. Thank you for a wonderful break.

The place is really very charming, it's a perfect place to get away from the city and breathe. Mauricio is very kind, responsive and accommodating. We came with our cat and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend it without a problem!

A very good stay with family at Daniele and Yvan's! Very friendly hosts and good tips for outdoor visits or restaurants. Beautiful view and quiet place! A small outdoor table (private) very much appreciated with views of the Rance where sometimes we were able to eat when returning from walks. Everything was perfect! We had a great Easter weekend in this very comfortable and independent accommodation. It is perfect for a short trip for two people even during the cool seasons. Orane is very responsive and welcoming. We recommend this well-placed site in Brittany near beaches and hiking trails.

A very nice studio to spend a few days in Rennes. Nice bars along the Vilaine to enjoy sunny evenings, the balcony for breakfast. Public transport takes you to the city center, you can enjoy the walk to return on foot. The studio is equipped with everything you need, it's very convenient. Only small negative point, the building is quite lively and noisy but that's what you can expect in a big city.

We had a short family stay at Maryline and Yves' place who are very nice and welcoming. Good advice for places and activities to discover. The accommodation is very well equipped and very very clean. The quality bedding, we slept very well. I would recommend these hosts without hesitation.

The accommodation was suitable for our needs, great location in Combourg, very convenient for visiting the city center (especially the castle).

Typhanie's apartment is a small gem ideally located in the heart of the pretty city of Lamballe, in a quiet area. Nothing is missing and Typhanie is very available for any questions. I highly recommend it :)

Lovely place it in the country within driving distance of nice sites in Brittany. Julia is a very kind and gracious host who provided good recommendations for the area. Bed was very comfortable. All in all a pleasant 4 day stay.

Very warm and pleasant little house not far from Mont-Saint-Michel. With the good weather, we were able to enjoy the garden to the delight of the children who were able to see a few sheep. Thank you very much to Agnès for hosting us and for being available.

We had a great extended weekend at the Maison aux Oiseaux. Isabelle remained available when we needed her. Superbly clean home with everything you need to feel at home. Ideally located, 10 minutes from Dinan, just 30 minutes from Saint Malo. We'll be happy to go back!

We were well received and cared for by the hosts. The house is part of a series of houses that formerly formed a 'ferme', surrounded by trees (several apple trees). Maria told us about several places to visit, and the house was very well located to visit the beautiful villages in northern Brittany. We fill up on bread and butter and of course cheese and wine (occasionally cider). It was a very pleasant 2 weeks, without haste or external pressure - the fact that we went out to explore all day every day was our choice. Vaux le detour.
