Cozy apartment in the perfect location

Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

GREAT! Direct connection to the fair

A TOP room with a direct connection to the Munich TRADE FAIR, which is furnished with antique furniture. Shops, restaurants and cafes are very convenient and within walking distance and many beautiful green areas invite you to take a walk. Ideal for trade fair visitors - only 5 stops directly to "Messestadt Ost" with the U2 line, Josephsburg U-Bahn [subway] station. Towels and linens are included. If desired, small breakfast for an extra charge of €5.

The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Cosy room in 2-room-flat. You will have a quiet space with a comfy double bed & shared bathroom and kitchen. Please respect my neighbours & me and don't slam the doors. It is a quiet house. The public transport connection is very convenient: 2 min to S-Bahn (St-Martin-Str.), 100m to the tram, 10 min to a subway (Untersbergstr.) 26 min with public transport to Octoberfest (S bahn to Ostbahnhof and then U5 to Theresienwiese)
