A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

We enjoyed the stay together with our nephews aged 11 and 13, and kids aged 3 and 1. We were happy with the front garden with fake grass, which was a nice place to play. I did find the two wooden stairs at the doors exciting with my net-open 1-year-old, but we had solved that by dropping it off with other stuff. Furthermore, there were a lot of amenities for the little ones in the chalet, which is really great! We really liked the swimming pool on the campsite and the cross painters they sell in the shop really fair. Already had a nice week.

Everything was as described on the site. Great reception. Spacious house with many windows making it a lot of daylight and it is pleasant to stay. Everything we needed was present. Everything was neat and clean. We'd love to come back.

What a lovely house in a beautifully located location, a lovely forest behind the house. We had a quiet holiday. A wonderfully clean house with many amenities including a large fridge-freezer combination in the kitchen. Basic spices, tea, coffee have even been thought of. (Smart)TV with many channels and Bluetooth connection for the sound installation. It is also ideal for a family with children. There is a baby crib with a wonderfully clean mattress incl. bedding and an ikea high chair available. The beds for adults are also fine, this includes bedding. There is a basic set of towels available. In the area you can go for beautiful forest walks or go shopping or visit swimming/ zoo with the kids. Farm shops nearby where you can get fresh vegetables, milk and eggs. We received a very friendly reception and there are clear house rules that are fine to follow. Even when we left, we received a warm greeting. So definitely book!

It's a beautiful house with a large garden and it's very quiet. I bumped into the neighbors only once. This matches the description as it's exactly as it is described. The house has everything you need, even the little things you might forget yourself.

Greatly enjoyed with 6 people and 2 small children. Nice space and great garden. It is a home that is lived in and we saw Koen, Inge and the children before we took over the house for the weekend. The cat is cozy, even in the evening on the sofa. All in all, a nice stay, recommended.

The kids had a great time. They felt like they were on an adventure. The kitchen was superbly well equipped for 6-8 people. There were plenty of outlets,gas hot plates,large fridge with freezer compartment. There was everything you need for cooking and eating, even plastic dishes for smaller children. There was a small tube of dish soap,rags,matches and 3 dishwasher tablets on arrival as well as 1 roll of toilet paper. At night it was a bit cold ,we had the heating via the air conditioning on. Netflix and Prime were available, there was the possibility to rent a kettcar,we paid €10.50 for an hour for 3 children. There is a restaurant as well as a large playground. The houses directly on the "lake" are also recommended. These have a lockable door. There is a single point of criticism:A note that it is possible to drive to the tent to unload luggage would have been helpful. We didn't know

We had booked the place with the group of friends for a weekend away for the bachelorette party of one of the friends. Close to Deventer, plenty of space, and nature around us. We have enjoyed it! Could sit outside in peace until later without people hearing us. It was not about luxury but about a place to stay between the activities and that was really good. Lucia is also a perfect host, communicates quickly and received us with open arms. The check-out was also very flexible, we were allowed to take a little longer if getting up a little slower! All in all a very good experience and highly recommended, beautiful location, super characteristic home.
