Vacation rentals in Boituva

Everything corresponds to the listing. The apartment is well equipped, very functional and very comfortable. The wifi is good and there is a great desk and work chair, which I found a very positive point because I had to use it every day. The building is located on an easy access road to Raposo Tavares, with a great restaurant for lunch right next door and bakery and market nearby. Consider that due to the location it is possible to hear the noise of the highway (which occurs in practically all the apartments of this building), which I easily solved with an ear protector that is bought in a pharmacy and was not a problem. Parking is large and practical. Quick and efficient communication with the host. I really enjoyed the stay!

Ricardo is an excellent host, always very kind, attentive, available and careful. Nair who helped us with the house is wonderful, very kind to us, excellent cook. We were very happy with the house, big, beautiful, very well cared for, had everything we needed. The condominium is excellent, in addition to being very safe, it also has several leisure spaces and even a market. It was my second stay there and I hope to come back again. I definitely recommend it to any family or group of friends who want to spend a great weekend or holiday.

The house is amazing, very beautiful, wide and with leisure options, from swimming pool, barbecue, to a small area with basket rim and a small area with a hammock for volleyball, futvolei or beach tennis. Everything was clean and organized. The condominium is large and has a headquarters with gym and sports courts, and it still has the part of the hype. I found it execellent!

The place is very beautiful and quiet, the house is beautiful and is exactly as shown in the photos, they gave us full attention in everything we needed. We loved it!!

Indiamar was a 10 note with us, we will return whenever we can. Very nice place to spend the days.

A little harder to get to, especially since a bridge that connects a road that leads to the place is closed. Also, the road to the house is in a terrible condition. It’s a few kilometers of a washed out gravel road. The house and property itself was wonderful tho and very well equipped. Actually one of the best equipped Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Communication with host was clear and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our stay.

In São Paulo I am used to waking up to the noises of cars, but there we are graced with the sound of nature. On one side we have a farm as a neighbor, and on the other, an extensive native forest. We spent Carnival 2025 with great joy and fun, and we felt welcomed in the space. Faberson lives up to superhost recognition. However, I leave some opportunities for improvements recorded: - Sunshine on the pool deck (that green sun court in one of the photos of the listing does not exist); - A second ceiling fan upstairs; village council - Renovation of the foosball; - TV in the barbecue area; - Tank or washing machine; - Lubrication on the doors of the bathrooms of the suites so as not to make noise when opening in the morning; - Replacement of the suite 3 sink, as it is very small. Even with these notes, I would return and recommend it to those who are in doubt about the location.

Everything was very peaceful, the house is very nice and comfortable, the location is great for those who want to go parachuting or ride in a hot air balloon, the neighborhood is peaceful, I just felt that dishes and chairs are missing, otherwise, everything was okay. Check-in and checkout were very flexible too and communication was very clear and smooth

I recommend it! Very quiet, safe and beautiful condominium. Airy, super clean, pleasant house and a very nice "vibe." Communication with Ricardo was always very good, agile, precise and kind. In addition, Boituva has a very beautiful landscape, with a beautiful sunset and clear sky with the privilege of watching it from the deck of the house.
