Apartment vacation rentals in Quito

É a segunda vez que reservo este Airbnb e sempre me surpreendo com a qualidade do apartamento e com a gentileza do anfitrião. A banheira é maravilhosa. Também gostei muito do liquidificador profissional que tornou nosso café da manhã muito mais gostoso. Roupas de cama e banho são fornecidas. Além de amenities básicos para uma rápida hospedagem. Provavelmente voltaremos mais vezes! Gracias por todo!

Lugar muy bonito y acogedor. Tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y unas hermosas vistas de quito. Simplemente PERFECTO.

Alojamiento limpio, amplio y bien dotado, es un buen lugar para hospedarse. Tal vez la ubicación puede mejorar ya que queda bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad.

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

El lugar es muy lindo y Samy siempre muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades. Un lugar espectacular, lo recomendamos mucho y esperamos la próxima vez para volver ☺️

El departamento es amplio, cómodo y bonito. La ubicación es inmerojable para quienes les gusta tener cerca todo tipo de opciones para comida. Además está cerca del Quicentro y de supermercados y farmacias lo cual facilita conseguir lo que uno necesite.

Excelente departamento, la zona es muy linda y tranquilo todo. Opciones de comer variadas y lindas. El departamento es muy bello, amplio, limpio! Sin ninguna queja. Excelente anfitriona.

el apartamento muy bonito, lo único es que somos persona mayores, la tecnología nos dio muy duro, en prender la estufa, la TV ect..la zona muy bonita y teanquila

The host let us check in early, which was a big help. The area is absolutely safe. We never felt unsafe even when coming back after dark. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and a ton of restaurants within 7-10 minutes walk that can satisfy any possible desires. The subway was only a few hundred meters away, with a 12 minute ride to the historic center. Was very easy to get around, and the tours we booked had no problem finding us for the pick up. The apartment is well-equipped. Sufficient pots and pans to make a full British/American breakfast. Fridge was nice and cold. Netflix was already logged in and ready to use, but we could also log in to any other service on the smart tv. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Be aware there is some street noise in the bedroom due to the proximity to the main street, but it completely dies down between 10pm-6am. I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issues during this time. Excellent value for the money!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le superbe appartement de Birgit. Très confortable, cuisine bien équipée, propre avec une vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Très bonne situation géographique dans une résidence sécurisée. Tout était parfait !!

lugar limpio cuenta con todo lo de la descripción y seguro, solo debe cambiar la chapa de la puerta del departamento, esta un poco vieja, por lo demás todo muy bien

Super recomendado, la suite impecable, tal cual se mostraba en las fotos, muy limpia, igual el propietario estaba siempre pendiente de todo y muy amable.

El Anfitrión y la personas encargadas sus padres, excelentes en todo sentido, siempre estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades, siempre respondieron mis mensajes. Es una apartamento completo, excelente para estancias largas y cortas también. Si vas a tener actividades en el norte de Quito este es un buen lugar; estuve dos meses, volvería tomarlo.

Alicia was so nice and welcomed us with the best empanadas (she has an empanada business for 40years and is on trip advisor!) and quimbolito. She has such a nice vibes! She was always contactable and always helped us right away with any questions (same with Gabriel). Another plus is that she provided us with a 6liter drinkable water cannister and washed and dried out clothes for a nice price. The apartment has everything you need and more (shaker maker, toaster, etc). The terrace has an amazing view and the neighbourhood is very safe and well located. Would come back again! Very nice place. It's close to shops, all types of restaurants and short walk to Carolina park. The host is very informative and the process of checking in is easy. Use the driver. He is nice and helpful. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.
