Nice place just near shops and restaurants. Walkable to ADO bus. Quite at night. Hot shower and fluffy towels.

Easy to access, responsive host. In the center of Cozumel.

We really liked the place, it is very clean and a very good location, always on busy streets, a 10-minute walk to Fifth Avenue. The accommodation gave us everything in the description and they were always very attentive with excellent communication. Thank you very much!

This place is located toward the southern part of the island, providing a quiet stay with some great restaurants and attractions which are close by (Punta Sur). The suite itself was wonderful. Excellent views, spacious, well stocked and clean. Definitely will book again on our next trip back to Isla Mujeres. Our host was excellent and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay on the island at a reasonable price that’s hard to beat!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

Came an hour prior to checkin. Ron was there to meet us and let us in. The place is clean. It is located at the end of the strip, but is less than a 5 minute walk to the first restaurant. Host sent a guide via email prior to our stay. It was very helpful for things to do in the area. Pack light, there is a spiral staircase to get to the top floor. Good experience and great host. English review for all my gringos and gringas. This is a great little place with good value for money if you're looking for a more authentic Cancun experience! Only a couple minor issues keep it from total perfection. Cons: -The boiler isn't really big enough for two people unless you shower very quickly. Would likely be fine for one, but the hot water runs out after ~12 min. -We had some issues with the internet, but Isaac was very responsive and active in resolving them as soon as possible. -As you can see, the place is a bit far from the beaches - but it's shown accurately in the listing and it's very close to a bus stop for the R2 that will take you there. Pros: -It's HUGE, and has a great living-room area with a big TV. -Very well-stocked kitchen. -Close to both Chedraui and Soriana for groceries. -The bed is big and comfortable. -Two powerful and quiet working A/Cs. -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. -Isaac is VERY attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating!

Great spot—clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive when needed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

We spent three beautiful days. The room is located a few minutes from the beach and the main road, allowing you to enjoy the city to the fullest. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and the habitation itself is very nice. One more point for the night guard:) thank you for everything Dania!

Sergio was the most helpful, responsive host I’ve ever had at an AirBNB. The condo is simple and clean in a convenient area, with a lovely rooftop if you need a quick break from work during the day or somewhere to relax before dinner. It’s about a 9 minute walk down to a nice beach with lots of restaurants and bars for the “sunset” (the sun sets the other direction from the beach but the pink clouds are lovely.) Thanks Sergio!

Amazing! I would definitely come back! If your idea is to be comfortable, I chose this place. It's incredibly beautiful, clean, modern. It has a cochera. Everything is close by, it's all at your fingertips. And the area is very quiet and safe. EXCELLENT PLACE

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

A 2-night mini-stay. Complex of 6 lofts/apartments that share common areas (swimming pools etc.) Super clean accommodation and no musty smell like you can have elsewhere in Mexico. Very cozy with a mezzanine. Everything is functional. The only downside is the double bed, small for a couple and not very soft but you can still sleep.☺️ Perfect walking distance to Playa del Carmen. Playacar area, safe and beautiful environment.

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

it was a charming loft. I appreciated the care that went into the details that made it feel like home. Janine gave clear helpful directions to beaches. The loft had everything I needed both in the loft and in the neighborhood.

Its in a great locality in La Luna. There are combis to ADO - R6 or R2-15 to the hotel zone (bus stop in Nichupte). Bon Pane is nearby too. The kitchen is adequate and there is a little private back yard. The one -ve is the very tiny bathroom sink and little legroom in the toilet. There could be some road noise. However the AC does muffle the sounds - so not much of an issue. I recommend.

Clean accommodation and comfortable bed. The owners are very responsive and available to help you if needed. Recommended!
