She was an amazing host. Met us at the Airbnb to welcome us in and showed us around. Very responsive and lovely. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

The stay at Tanias house was great! The house is super spacious and was absolutely clean. The furniture and decoration was tasteful and we felt right at home. I wish we could have used the pool, sadly it was too cold. We adored the large windows that allowed us to feel like we were sitting in the garden. Bilbao was an easy 12 minute ride by car and there was a huge supermarket nearby. Tania was friendly and greeted us on our first day. We would always come back here when we’re in the area again

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Beautiful and peaceful town house walking distance to the old town!

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful, very well-equipped bungalow. Jose is extremely friendly and helpful. He welcomed us personally and explained everything, fortunately in English, as we hardly speak Spanish. Although he lives with his family in the big house opposite, they were all very discreet and respectful. It was still a bit cool for the season, but Jose provided us with 4 electric ovens to warm up. The beds are comfortable. Jose was immediately available even for the smallest problems. The house is located near a large road, but you can hardly hear it due to the sound-absorbing trees, the waterfall and the stream. It was nice and quiet. A perfect stay. We highly recommend Jose's house.

I booked this house for a stay with friends and it was perfect! The location a little away from the city but close to the beaches and coastal walks suited us perfectly. Also, there are all the amenities nearby, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy… In short, I recommend this listing for discovering the region, with family or friends.

Apartment with everything equipped 10 minutes from the center and Alicia always pending

The stay was great, the house is spacious and pleasant in a rural setting but 5 minutes from Santander city. The house was new, it is spacious, has everything you need and a great garden. The host and the person who takes care of the two charming dogs and Lorena were available at all times. We'll be back for sure ! We loved it .

Maria is a very responsive host and clearly provided us with all the information we needed for the stay. The apartment is ideally located to enjoy Berméo, remarkably functional, well-equipped, impeccably clean and quiet in the heart of the old town. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Our stay at Feli's place was great. Nothing is missing in the house (it is as if you are going to a family member's house), the garden is very good and is completely closed, we travel with our Sia galga, and it's been a pipe. Thank you Feli

What we liked the most was Lourdes' attention, she was charming, very friendly and helpful. A 4-day stay exceeded! There were 6 of us, and we were all very happy. Sandra left us everything we needed in the house, as well as helping us on the first day to find it. The rooms and bathroom are like in a basement but they have windows. The only thing we missed was a little wifi and for the TV remote to work, but otherwise it was great. We had the heating on almost all day and we didn't feel cold at all. Overall, everything was great! Thank you very much, Sandra!

The house was better than what was shown in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, there were eight of us and there was plenty of room, the kitchen utensils were practically new and our host even had a first aid kit. Unbeatable. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations for the area.

Joaquin the host was super friendly, very attentive, he welcomed us with a bag of muffins, the best we had tasted... he recommended places to see, he provided us with firewood for the fireplace, the house is very nice, well-kept with a very large garden; barbecue, games table as described and seen in the photos. A very quiet place to rest and enjoy nature.

The house is just as shown in the photos, clean and tidy, comfortable beds and everything in an intimate and very quiet environment and with a huge estate for the dogs to enjoy. On the other hand, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

A dream weekend in a house that has everything, you feel right at home, but surrounded by tranquility and silence. Maria Consuelo is a sweetheart. You can tell how much she loves the house because of how well she takes care of it, and also those of us who stay there.

Our stay at Jesus' house was very pleasant. The house is located in a very quiet residential complex, about 12-15 minutes from downtown Somo and the beach. The house is very convenient and is very well equipped. The decor is a little dated but very practical. The weak point would be the beds, which have quite uncomfortable mattresses. The garden is spacious and very well cared for. Although Jesus lives in the same house (in a totally separate room), it's all very private and we had total privacy. We went with our little girls (1 and 2 years old) and they had a great time running around the garden. There's a bit of a hill, but it wasn't an inconvenience for them at all.
