Very pleasant short stay, the accommodation is true to the description and Frédéric is very responsive and clear in his instructions. I recommend it for the value and location.

The apartment was perfect for us. It’s not new, but it’s been very well decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. Everything you might want was in the kitchen. Beautiful view, and great table to play games. Very close to numerous parks for walking the dog and playgrounds for the toddler. We had a small issue with the wifi to which Julio was extremely reactive; it was fixed quickly. The only downside I can think of is that the couch in the living room wasn’t very comfortable for two people, but this is very minor. We had a great stay and had a great opportunity to explore Brest!

very nice stay. Françoise's place is large and well appointed. Close to any business. Too bad the noise from neighbors resonates in the apartment. On the other hand, the entrance to the building is very dirty and not cleaned by the tenants but Françoise had nothing to do with it. We'll be back in 2025 and thank Françoise for her warm welcome upon arrival

Small apartment on the garden level, functional and clean in a quiet residential area. Very good location geographically for visits to the surroundings. Great value for money Warm welcome from Anne Lise Would recommend.

Faultless space Quiet area, the walled city 5 min walk, in the accommodation nothing is lacking, Linens are provided (bed sheet, towel), great accommodation. For people with disabilities, no difficulties, apartment entirely on one level, a pleasant part, the garden thanks to a small door communicates with the parking for the disabled, thus facilitating the transfer with the apartment for handling Recommended

Very nice house, ideally located 5 minutes by car from the largest beach and 10 minutes by foot from the enclosed town. House, spacious, with many amenities. Owner nice and accommodating. I recommend this location.

We had a very nice stay in Loctudy. The accommodation is very well renovated and perfectly equipped. Jean-François is a very welcoming and accommodating host. A good fireplace was waiting for us when we arrived. Thanks again, everything was perfect to make us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place which is a good base of departure, quiet, to visit the area.

Great stay, Gildas is very friendly and available. Many walks and access to the sea around the accommodation. In addition, enclosed and private land for dogs is great!

Had a great stay with my friend. The place is superb, especially with the magnificent view from the terrace! It is in a great location, only 5 to 10 minutes from the city center. In addition, Hélène is a very responsive and welcoming host 🙂

4th AIRBNB I book , in all honesty I am very happy to have booked this place . Very clean , spacious , tidy up , very clean furnishings, with my family it felt like home . Pool available. For 2 couples it was ideal, each couple had their own private space (bedroom, toilet and bathroom). The 2 dogs felt right at home. Home close to the beach and shops. I highly recommend, we even consider coming back next year. Nothing to say , Thank you for the welcome .

Charming hospitality from Yana. A little basic comfort ( which deserves some amenities ...) largely compensated by the pretty decoration and the exceptionally quiet location in the heart of the city . If possible, we'll come back!

The accommodation matches the photos and is lovely. The small terrace is a real plus. Private space and secured by a barrier. Peaceful place and a 5-minute walk from the beach. Some small shops in the area are very nice and a very good pancake food truck "la poul du crêpes" We had a great stay! I highly recommend it. Yvon and his wife are very friendly. Thank you
