Great host! Stylishly decorated and cute apartment, has everything you could need. The bed is comfy too. The location is great to get to coffee shops and nice restaurants. It’s also a quick Uber ride to the Armenia bus terminal to get to the Parque del Cafe or Salento/Valle de Cocora. My friend and I were very happy to have this apartment as our base for adventures in coffee country!

Will be using George’s place again. The building was very a secure, the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. The home was beautiful. It was a place of peace where you can see all of Armenia. We will be recommending the place and booking again. George was an amazing host.

Wonderful! It had everything you need, very organized and clean, very nice and comfortable. I really liked the pool and the Turkish, the building is very modern and the reception staff is friendly, 10/10. Regarding the sector there are a variety of elegant restaurants and the area is very nice to go for a walk at night, it feels very safe, in addition to having a supermarket nearby there is also a shopping center. Check in was very quick and practical. I recommend 200% to this host and the apartment🥳

It is a super beautiful apartment just like the photos, organized, quiet and comfortable. It has a spectacular view, there are all kinds of establishments nearby, it is very central. Highly recommended.

Spectacular accommodation near Armenia. Very well located with respect to the airport and the terminal. New and very comfortable facilities, very comfortable and everything is clean. The experience at the house was simply unforgettable. It is a cozy and magical place, where every detail makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale. As its name suggests, it is a real gem. My family and I were delighted, and the hosts were incredibly attentive. We definitely hope to return, we definitely recommend it!

Mariana is super friendly and cordial, she helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is just as shown in the photos: clean, tidy, cozy and the area is great, with everything close by. 100% recommended 💖

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

My stay here was incredible. The host was immensely helpful and was always responsive. They answered any questions and even gave many recommendations. They were also able to help with personal requests and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent communication with the host. This is the perfect apartment for a long-term stay visiting Armenia. It’s the best location and the apartment has double balconies with incredible views. Is on the quiet side of the building facing reserve. Great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.
