Had a fantastic and relaxing time! The place was amazing with a truly breathtaking view. Host was very responsive, and the attendants were very helpful.

I highly recommend this place for your family/friends' vacation. Host is super responsive to all of our inquiries and the place is very neat. All amenities are spot on and they are well maintained. Caretaker is friendly as well.

Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

We booked this place 12 hours before check-in, around 12 to 12:30 am because my family all agreed to go. We arrived around 2pm which is 2 hours later than our checkin time and the place is not yet ready. They let us extend our checkout time the following day since there are no bookings after us, probably because it’s a Monday. The place is near public market and stores so you can buy anything you need. The booking was spontaneous but our stay was so good! Thank you so much po! 🤍

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Additionally, Ate Mary Grace was accommodating and was one-call away. Thank you for hosting us, Jun!

Their villa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. It’s clean and smells great. Everything we needed was provided. The caretakers and owners were also very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommended!

danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

Wowed when we entered Idda’s Dagat home. It was beautifully arranged and had all the things you’ll need in a home (even cooking condiments) 😌 Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids stayed overnight after a day tour beach trip in Virgin Beach Resort which Idda also arranged for us. The place is clean and big enough for us. It is a complete home with emergency lights, rechargeable electric fans for each room, and even games free to use for our entertainment. The caretaker Ate Mutya waited for us to check in which we really appreciate. The host is also helpful even before the check in. She shares with us all the information we needed. The rooms are cold when we arrived and they even have breakfast oats for us. Drinking water in the dispenser is also free to use. Cooking and dining essentials is complete. I would just recommend to change the bathroom door lock because it’s hard to close and open. Everything is excellent! We will book again when we visit Laiya for a day tour.

Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

Ms. Mari is such a superb host! The place is really great and clean! Great customer service at par with a 5-star hotel! I won't hesitate going back to this place!

Kim's place sets a great standard for home accommodation in Sariaya. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the home itself is perfect for families or groups of friends (barkada). We truly enjoyed our stay and wish there were places like this in other locations. Highly recommended!

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

We loved how peaceful the place was and how clean it is. We also find the honesty store very convenient since di kami nakapaggrocery before we head to the place. Will probably go back if we visit Pilila again 💓

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

The place was clean, fragrant, and looked exactly as advertised. The host provided clear instructions. The location is easy to find. We like the privacy and security of the area. The caretaker was very responsive to our needs. The location is also conveniently close to a market and convenience stores. If you need to buy something, Pabiligo and Sugo are available for delivery and only charge a small fee.

Romalie and her husband were so accommodating. The place is great if you really want to detach yourself from city life fir a few days then her place is a good choice. Great view and We all love it. Communication was so smooth we even asked the host if they can buy few things for us and they did and we really appreciate it. I do recommend her place to other guests.

Chi was very responsive and accommodating, easy to communicate with, place is beautiful, spacious, clean, and the kids loved the pool. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.
