House vacation rentals in Quezon

I highly recommend this place for your family/friends' vacation. Host is super responsive to all of our inquiries and the place is very neat. All amenities are spot on and they are well maintained. Caretaker is friendly as well.

Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

The place is soooo great. Worth every penny. The host and care taker are very responsive. May mga free to use pa for outdoor activities for kids. What I like the most is the kitchen, complete pati panluto if you have plans to cook and you will looove the bedroom and baths. I highly recommend the place pra makapag relax. Definitely would want to come back here

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

The place is great! My husband celebrated his birthday in this unit and we enjoyed the place overall. We enjoyed it more than the beach. I didn't expect that the beach in Porto Laiya is not that nice and its low tide in the morning as well as in the afternoon during our stay. Overall our stay is still great and we enjoyed the pool more in the unit.

Very accommodating po ang caretaker and ang bilis po nya mag respond if may need ang guests. The place itself is cozy. They even have free use of camping chair tonuse for the beach. Sa uulitin🤗 will be recommended

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

Beautiful transient home which provides a "hotel feel" accommodation. The entire house is clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable . Everything you need is provided from bedrooms, rest rooms, common social area and the kitchen. My husband and I and our 4 children had a great Christmas stay in this warm and loving space. The host is beyond the caliber of being a superhost. She is warmth and caring. She lovingly attended to all our needs and concerns with prompt. The location is also superb with easy and close access to SM, S&R, church and numerous dining options.
