Everything was excellent.

The place is very nice, cozy, it is as shown in the photographs. What you really need is time to enjoy the many beautiful areas that the building has to offer to rest. The penthouse has a beautiful view and a super spacious area where you could spend a lot of time relaxing. I really loved the place. I hope to be back soon.

Everything with the accommodation was very good, there are no complaints, but I did have several problems, such as arriving at the place because several roads were closed for remodeling, which is why there was too much dust in the place. The garage is very high for low cars, so I had to leave it on the street. Maybe that can be improved in the future, but I would definitely stay at this accommodation again, hoping in the future not to have any of the aforementioned inconveniences.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary basics. Courtyard and appartment itself have a lot of character. Very close to parque central. Luis was very nice and responsive.

Amazing stay as a solo traveler. I had the best time and would recommend to all.

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!

If anything, the photos don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and right on the water. The staff are incredibly attentive and would often message me in the morning to check in and make sure everything was okay. The bar/restaurant on site is a huge plus since this airbnb is outside of any towns - although San Marcos is not too far away. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come back to the lake. Do not hesitate to ask if you need a Tuk Tuk to a nearby town, a boat to a further one, or even a car to the airport. They have contact info for all of that. Highly recommend.

Absolutely magical! This place exceeded all expectations. The views are absolutely breathtaking — the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. Kayaking on the lake was an unforgettable experience, peaceful and beautiful in every way. The restaurant food? Incredible! Every meal was delicious and clearly made with care. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the warm welcome by Mr. Vicente and Noelia to the kind ladies in the kitchen and the attentive night security guard, everyone made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was so relaxing, we truly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!

A wonderful place, my wife loved it and we had unique experiences, excellent food and service.

We had a great time here... the staff is very kind and attentive. You have amazing views and amenities with the restaurant and bar on site and staff who will call tuktuks for a five min ride (or less) to the main town in San Marcos (10Q pp). You definitely need to be mobile to descend and ascend their stairs. In the specific room we were in, the shower was a bit odd with loose rocks inside but again manageable if you are mobile. All in all, would recommend and stay here again.

I highly recommend a stay here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive always and the property itself is beautiful. Incredible views, great food, and options for activities. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
