Vacation rentals with a pool in Quebrada Fajardo

Beautiful home, in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group of 15. It was about 15 min to Luquillo and a 30 min drive to the ferry port which takes you to Culebra and Vieques. It had everything we needed for the few days we stayed. We would recommend!

Great place for someone who has lived in PR previously. Could be shocking to someone who has not live or experience PR in the past.

Muy buen lugar. La piscina brutal muy limpia. Tienen facilidad para persona en silla de ruedas. Fui con mi hermano y estaba cómodo en su silla en toda la casa. Muy recomendada para personas con poca movilidad o con algún impedimento. El lugar es accesible. Los aires enfrían bien.

The house was a great stay a lot of things around to eat and grocery stores like Walmart and Walgreens. They were very helpful when we called to get exact location of the house. They also replied quickly when we needed anything. 10/10

This was the perfect stay and met all of my expectations. The pictures are on point and the cleanliness is everything. The house is simply beautiful. I definitely recommend!!!

Después de 23 años de haberme ido de PR por fin pudimos tener la oportunidad de volver y disfrutar de nuestra isla. Villa Marina estuvo excelente y cuando tuvimos preguntas rápido nos contestaron y nos dieron respuestas inmediatamente. La casa estuvo muy bien y la piscina mejor de lo esperado. Estar cerca de la playa de Luquillo y de los kioscos fue una de las mejores cosas en el área. Gracias por su hospitalidad y los recomiendo 100%.

Great location, close to a ferry that takes you to Culebra and Vieques. Not too far from San Juan. Walmart close by and great restaurants in the area. Luquillo is close by as well with the beach and many places to eat and drink. The accommodation of the Airbnb was great.

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

This location is perfect for east island activities! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and modern. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing from the large balcony. The security was top notch as well. The A/C was ice cold during those hot humid days, and we also LOVED the pool! It was probably the biggest pool I’ve ever seen. We were 5 minutes from the marina where we did our snorkeling excursion to Cayo Icacos, and not far from Ceiba to catch the ferry to Culebra. There were also several restaurants close by that our host recommended that were phenomenal. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Location was great, accommodations were wonderful! Edwin and Julia were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating hosts! We loved our time in Puerto Rico and can’t wait to visit again.

If you need a place for relaxation this is the location for you. The view is stunning and the beach accessibility is a first for me. Local entertainment is right down stairs and everything delicious is 2 blocks away max. They even put a nice info page right on the counter. Food. Entertainment. Taxi- everything is at your fingertips. I will be returning when staying in Luquillo

Loved the view from the balcony. Parking was easy and the area was very peaceful. Extremely helpful and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Thank you. Would stay here again.

Casa del Encanto truly lives up to its name. I visit Puerto Rico every 5 to 7 months, and this was one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating stays I’ve had. I originally booked it to assess the location ahead of the upcoming Bad Bunny concert since hotel prices are soaring, but I didn’t want to leave—not even to go to the beach. It was full-on Zen mode for me and my partner. The views, breeze, and privacy were everything. A vehicle is definitely needed, but it’s worth it for the comfort and quiet. Sara and Alex’s hospitality and communication were first class—they made us feel like family. One important tip: go with the restaurant they recommend. We chose Pizzería Rústica—Brooklyn-style pizza and tap beer hit the spot. I’m already planning my return.
