We had a great stay at Tiago's apartment. Very spacious and had all the amenities we needed to accommodate our stay. Check in and check out was very easy. Tiago was able to accommodate a bit of an early check in for us based off of our train arrival time from Porto. Apartment was very clean, well-kept and was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool and the grounds. There is a good-sized grocery store just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. It is roughly a 20-30 min walk from the beach and the marina and the walk is quite pleasant along a paved fitness path. Quiet neighborhood in general with no issues walking at night. The unexpected treat during our stay was dining at Vila de Tradicao. It is a very small restaurant right beside the apartment. The food was terrific, and the staff were hilarious. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay. Thanks Tiago !

L’arrivée est très facile et les hôtes sont très arrangeants. Fatiti a été très réactive aux messages envoyés. Le logement est très lumineux et spacieux, on s’y est très bien senti. Je recommande fortement !

Maria is a lovely, friendly and welcoming host and I was very pleased with the accommodation and quickly settled in. Maria was excellent at providing informative literature about Faro and the Algarve which was very helpful when first arriving in a new area. I really enjoyed my time at Maria's home and would happily recommend it to other travellers.

Stayed for one night but it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Great apartment, location and host.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The nearby “strip” gets a little noisy in the evening but nothing serious. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in Portimao. And Catia was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Good apartment, close to the beach and downtown. The appartment is on the upper floor and the staircase flights are quit steep, this might be a problem for those with limited mobility. Shops, restaurants in immidiate surroundings. Couple of supermarkets like "Continent" and bigger shops within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable for 2 adult couples and perhaps a kid or two. A kitchen is small but reasonably equipped. We also appreciated salt peper and vegetable oil, which was quite helpful. The terrace is a common area, shared with other neighbours and is open to wind and cold, therefore we did not use it at all. In general exellent location close to everything.

Nuno was an excellent host. The home was welll stocked with amenities such as coffee, tea, and laundry detergent. The location was superb and the beds were really comfortable. Additionally, the balcony was a huge plus for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Highly recommend.

Lovely traditional fisherman's cottage. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Two bathrooms are very welcome . The outside space is lovely at any time of day. . .The stairs could be challenging for people with mobility issues but we had no problem. The air-conditioning worked very well. The wifi is excellent and great to have Netflix. Norbert is a thoughtful and responsive host

We had a fantastic stay. Loved using the pool and the local area was quiet in the evening. A short walk to local shops, the beach, bars and restaurants! The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Would 100% recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sara et Maria qui sont toujours souriantes, accueillantes et très réactives en cas de difficultés ou de questions. Le logement est situé dans un lieu calme et paisible où il fait bon se reposer, pour autant, les activités ne manquent pas. Nous avons pu visiter le sud est de l'Algarve facilement.

Hoi Ricardo, nogmaals bedankt voor ons verblijf in je fijne huis,met het grote dakterras. wat hebben we genoten,van de omgeving,de lieve portugese mensen,die allemaal even vriendelijjk waren . Het was een top verblijf,en in de 11 weken daar hebben we veel gezien,gewandeld,geklommen,de heerlijke resto,s,en van de bus die ons ook nog naar verdere bestemmingen bracht. het strand was ook toppie. lieve groetjes van Sief en Els uit Nederland.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lagos, it was a great location in a quiet neighbourhood only 20 minute walk from the city center. All 7 of us fit very comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lagos.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean! Great host and the space was clean and provided all we needed- easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Logement a recommander sans hésiter. Dès notre arrivée, Mickaël était là pour nous accueillir. il est d'une grande sympathie. La maison quand a elle est impeccable,tout le rez de chaussée privatif avec piscine privée un locataire habite là haut a l'étage mais a son propre accès a l extérieur donc no panique,il est d'une discrétion que si vous le voyez une fois c'est bien . La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos donc vraiment intéressante avec barbecue et terrasse . Nous avons adoré le séjour chez Mickaël et nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Quand au chien mentionné sur plusieurs commentaires, oui les voisins ont des chiens ,ils sont derrière le mur côté barbecue dans des chenils mais la journée ils ne sont pas là...on entend les aboiements un peu le soir et la nuit mais c'est vraiment pas toute la nuit ou autres en tout cas ça ne peut pas gâcher je pense votre séjour sauf si un aboiement vous dérange. Maison vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.

A localização é ótima, local silencioso, próximo a Marina e locais para almoçar/jantar, fazer passeios e caminhar. O apartamento é muito espaçoso para nós que estávamos em 2 pessoas e os recursos disponíveis que Pedro nos deixou ( como guarda sol, sacola de compras, toalhas etc ) facilitou muito nossa estadia de férias. Pudemos jantar na casa e fazer nossa refeição e lavar algumas roupas. Além de tudo, Lagos e o Algarve são maravilhosos! Recomendo.

Super fijn appartement met goed uitgeruste keuken, goede douche en goede bedden! Communicatie met Mariana liep ook super, ze reageerde snel en heel vriendelijk op onze berichtjes. We vonden ons verblijf heerlijk!

Silvia’s place was perfect for our family of four to enjoy our stay in Lagos! It is ideally located within a 5 minute walk to the historic town centre and had plenty of space for all of us to relax after action packed days of hiking and sightseeing. After a long day of traveling, we were overjoyed to find a refrigerator filled with delicious food! We would definitely visit again if we ever go back to Lagos!

Just right for our short stay. Host is really good and was there to met us and show us around, lovely pool just a few metres away. Clean and had all we needed. Beds are a bit basic, but okay.

Our first time in Portugal and we are so pleased that we chose Burgau as our home base in Algarve. The town is authentic and charming. Just like the photos! We had a dream vacation of three nights, which included kayaking and three amazing restaurants—all of which Vivian shared her suggestions on. Thank you very much, Vivian! You were the most helpful hostess! Oh, and the view from the rooftop was gorgeous!
