Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Quán Thánh

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Anna was the best on top of already a great stay that was very relaxing and convenient, she helped facilitate the retrieval of two items we left behind. She was absolutely lovely and an amazing host

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Best place to stay in Hanoi. Michelin restaurant right in front of the homestay. Clear and complete instructions for checkin and checkout. Very good location with many restaurants and coffee shops around the area. Walking distance to Train Street and other landmarks and it’s quieter compared to the old quarters area. But best thing is all our planned tours and transactions during our stay is done in one place here in airbnb through our host. Ideal place place for big groups as there are total of 6 rooms. Overall great experience!

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this large, well-located, and quiet apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. Trang was always responsive and the apartment was as described. The neighborhood itself is bustling, but very little of the street noice makes its way into the apartment because of good sound-proofing. The apartment feels like an oasis when needed, yet we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the chaos of the street, too. We were sad when our reserved time was up. We will definitely reserve this space again in the future.

Ruby and Bill were extremely friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Only draw back was it’s on the first floor. We have knee pain so we had to plan well to avoid going up and down. But the beautiful house made up for the stairs 😄

The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Nhung was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always ready to help. She speaks very good English, which made communication very easy. The room was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being close to a busy road, the room remained quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Vespers apartment . It was functional and clean and had a comfy bed. The stairs can be a bit daunting at first but we soon got used to them. The apartment is right in the old town so it can get a bit busy but we loved being in this area.

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

Thanks to Tuan's help, we stayed comfortably for four nights, and on the third afternoon, the cleaner came to clean, keeping our space clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the host responded very promptly. Hair dryer, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, everything was there!I highly recommend booking with Tuan, our other friends' experience in the same building is not as good, so we are lucky to find Tuan!

Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

A beautiful apartment.It is located in the habitable zone of the town. The apartment was clean, nice and new.The bed is soft and comfortable. All amenities below and around.You can just walk to enjoy everything the place has to offer. The air is also very clean and quiet. A perfect place.
