The house is centrally located in the city and offers a beautiful view of the old town, the church, the harbor and not least the sea. Here you live in a quiet neighborhood – close to everything. There are only 150 meters to the nearest shopping opportunity, and most can be reached on foot. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with the option of an extra bed. In addition, there is both a double air mattress and a comfortable sofa, which makes the home flexible in relation to the number of guests.

Preservable Liebhaver villa - unique location

The villa worthy of preservation is from the colonial era and is located on Teleøen with a fantastic view of Paaraarsuk, the sea and the town's landmark Nasaasaaq / Kællingehætten. The villa is located on the mountain a few meters from the water and is on two floors. For the villa there is an enclosed garden for free use. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with a 360-degree panoramic view. The house has a large entrance hall. Open kitchen-living room directly connected to the living room. The house has a very large, bright living room with a beautiful west-facing view and further access to the terrace. Toilet with bathtub and underfloor heating. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and a baby bed, bedroom 2 a 1 1/2 man bed, both with closet space.
