Authentic house, good location and great sea view

Authentic Greenlandic duplex, with loft on the upper floor. 25 m2 west-facing terrace with evening sun and beautiful sea views of the ice mountains of Diskobugten and the mountains of Diskoøen. Possibility of whale watching. The house is located high in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Short walking distance to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarkets), restaurants, close to "Yellow Hiking Route" to Isfjorden. The home is suitable for 3 people, but can be used by 4, (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed sofa and 2 box mattresses in the loft).

This home is located in one of the absolute best locations in Ilulissat, where you can hear the sea just outside and smell the ice from Ilulissat Ice Fjord. There is a view of Ilulissat Ice Fjord, and from the house you can see both sail out to sea from the nearby harbor. If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

Welcome to our house in Qeqertarsuaq, overlooking the sea, icebergs and the Lyngmark mountain. This house is something very special to us, and we look forward to sharing it with you. Here you get peace, views. The house overlooks the sea and the mountains. Some days you can even see whales gliding by out on the water, directly from the living room or bedroom. It's a home with soul. Originally built in the 70s in classic Greenlandic style, it is now furnished with modern comforts and a cozy atmosphere.

Relax in this unique, remote space overlooking Disko Bay, Qeqertarsuaq. With almost always icebergs in sight and a good chance of seeing whales during the summer. The beach igloos are walking distance to town. Visit the museum, art gallery, have a coffee, shop at the supermarket or have a nice stroll and enjoy the local, friendly atmosphere. The area offers excellent opportunities for trekking trips to Kuannit or abundant outdoor experiences in beautiful Qeqertarsuaq, also offered by the host.

Lovely 2- room apartment. Centrally located, close to the locals and the real Greenlandic culture. Relax in this unique and tranquil space. It is ready to rent with new paint, heat pump, click flooring, small kitchen and various furniture. Feel free to ask by email. There is no water, i.e. no bath the toilet is a dry toilet. When renting, there are 20 liters of clean water, and if you want more, the water tap is 150 meters from the house. It is not a luxury house, but for you who want to try to stay in a slightly older, genuine Greenlandic house.
