Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We traveled with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, just like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us flexible check-in and check-out, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With a direct descent to the lake within the same condominium, wonderful. We would definitely do it again!

The welcome was very warm, Viviana showed us her interest in that we are comfortable being attentive to our needs. The house is very beautiful and very well equipped (from toiletries to lava, grill and hairdryer). As for the sector, it is very safe and quiet, surrounded by nature, we were really able to rest as a family and is a 5-minute drive from downtown Puerto Varas. I definitely recommend it 1000% and will be back some day.

Paula's house is excellent, it has everything you need to have a great stay. The utensils and everything in the house are very clean. I was also with my baby, so they even took care to leave me a crib for her. Luca was also always concerned and attentive to my questions. The view is great and it's close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great 5 nights. It is a gated complex with 4 cabanas overlooking the Huapi in the neighborhood of Las Victorias. The cabin was spacious and comfy. The kitchen is quite large with everything you need. The spacious living room with lake view. The full bathroom, we had an inconvenience with the shower faucet and Sergio was able to change it and solve it next day. The room is on a mezzanine also overlooking the lake. Each cabin has its own chulengo to be able to make asado. In the garden in front of the cabin there were two lounge chairs to be able to appreciate the view of the lake. It has parking inside the property. It has a pool and access to the Huapi beach in front of the cottage. They accept pets for an extra fee, we went with our puppy sachicha who passed it incredible. In the nearest cabin by luck there was no one. Had there been people, you are quite glued. In conclusion, we had a great time and Sergio is a very nice and predisposed host. The internet went great.

It is a good area, the heating works well, comfortable, but in the description it said that they had a crib, since I was with my baby I had chosen it precisely because it said that it had things for babies, it did not have the kettle since I also use it to heat the water for my baby's bottle, that was the only bad thing but everything was fine, the gentleman was very kind, it is just a constructive criticism for the next time, do not put things that the apartment does not have

Comfortable cabin, about a 15 minute drive to bariloche. The kitchen is well equipped for two people, the bathroom is comfortable and has heating.

The apartment is very modern and practically new, it feels relaxing. The fact that it is a studio apartment does not affect the cleanliness at all, especially with regard to the kitchen, the smells were not impregnated. The heated pool is really hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Regarding Andrés, communication was effective, he wrote to me as soon as I made the reservation and then he was willing to give me directions and tips about the place. I would definitely come back 😁

Comfortable cabin very close to the Puelo River, cozy and simple, to rest in the middle of the mountain and wake up feeling like you're in heaven. Very friendly and considerate... I forgot my parka and they helped me get it back. Very grateful and delighted with the tranquility of the place and how close it is to the beautiful Río Puelo.

The cabin is very nice and comfortable and the surroundings are spectacular. It has a direct descent to the river and nearby are the jumps and a beach of the lake that can be reached by walking in 10 minutes. Very good disposition of Luis and good data.
