The main house of the former Tallinn Tram and Trolleybus assembly recreation base, where tram drivers spent their downtime together during dark counseling times. Today, there's not much to feel like it in this house anymore, as there are sleeping options, a kitchen, shower, etc. and not much has been preserved from the former decor. The sea and swimming bridge are right in front of the house, and if there is an interest in fishing, it can be easily satisfied here. In the summer, the water is warm in the sea, and if the wind blows, you can surf right away.

A bright living area features a light-tone sofa paired with a wooden coffee table. A dining table is set for four, adorned with decorative plants and tableware. Large windows offer a view of the outdoors, softly illuminated by natural light.

New seaside apartment with sauna in Haapsalu Old Town

Merekivi Apartment is a new bright apartment by the sea in the old town of Haapsalu. The apartment with an open kitchen, walk-in wardrobe, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a sauna can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The fold-out couch in the living room allows for two extra sleeping spaces. The balcony open to the sea breezes is the best place to enjoy the evening sun and gorgeous sunsets. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the old Bishop Castle of Haapsalu, the beach promenade, restaurants and shops.

Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment renovated by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Comfortable for families/small groups. Four-legged friends are welcome. To respect the neigbours - loud noises (music, partying etc) are forbidden between 11PM-6AM.

Kadrinn Cottage was on the shore of a lovely swamp lake, we enjoyed the nature and quiet. The unexpected breaking of the tub didn't ruin the experience either, as Kadri arranged a sauna in the yard in the trailer. The instructions were excellent and communication was active and friendly.
