Villa vacation rentals in Puntarenas Province

Evan’s villa is truly a gem. With a highly a) secluded, private outdoor space, b) tall, spacious bedrooms, c) a fully furnished kitchen and d) an incredible infinity pool, I absolutely plan on coming back. Evan was incredibly kind and proactive, at one point bringing over a coconut as a welcome gift. It’s truly a jaw dropping property and I can’t recommend this place enough.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful view. There were some bugs but once we turned the air on we didn’t see much. We had some issues with the toilets not flushing well but figured it out. Overall it was a great stay and next time we will spend more time in Santa Teresa

Such a beautiful place with beautiful views. we especially enjoyed the hammocks along the property looking out on the ocean as well as the breakfast which was absolutely amazing. casa sol was spacious, clean & had beautiful decor. we loved the location, which was close to the beach, nature and waterfalls & the little town. would love to come back again!

Oh my god! I can't recommend this house enough. It was truly a dream of a week. The view can't be beat! You're in the heart of the jungle but only a 10 minute drive to Uvita. The pool and kitchen were our favorite parts but we lover every inch of it. We will definitely be back one day to this paradise.

We loved our stay!! Absolutely beautiful interior design. Great lighting in the house, comfortable beds and a/c in every room. The pool and lounge chairs were great as well. They also provided beach towels for us and beach foldable chairs which was a nice touch. The location is really great, I personally would say you need a 4x4 to get up the hill (which is normally the case in santa teresa villas) so other than that, the location is very centric to the best restaurants and nice parts of the beach! My girlfriend and I absolutely loved this place! breathtaking view, very romantic, peaceful, and very spacious and comfortable. fantastic restaurants on the beach just a short drive down the mountain. we would without question comeback to this place. It is a little tricky identifying the pace initially and the place is located on a very steep climb. However, well worth it.

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Airbnb! The view is simply breathtaking, and we found ourselves mesmerized by it every day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. Two of the bedrooms are located outside the main house, which was not a problem for us due to the lovely weather. However, it might be a consideration if you're visiting during rainy days. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return! Highly recommend this gem!

Adriana was extremely helpful! From assisting with reservations to putting us in touch with local vendors - everything was perfect! The home is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. It was exactly as described. Adriana and her team was very proactive and responsive, regardless of the time. Would absolutely recommend staying in this home - already can’t wait to come back. For those not familiar with Costa Rica during the raining months, it is not unusual for the power to go out. This happened during our stay but Adriana and team were very attentive and despite being out of their control, made us as comfortable as possible.

Amazing stay in Santa Teresa made even better with Sami’s concierge! Emilio (concierge) was INCREDIBLE and the daily cleaning crew. Responded daily to all of my questions and inquiries about the home. Provided great recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The house was great, just what we needed. The pool, outdoor areas, kitchen, and bedrooms were all my favorites. Highly recommended!

Pascal & Virginie’s home was simply amazing and they are phenomenal host. The house and location are better then the pictures which is almost hard to believe. The property is extremely private and had a magical sense to it. You can come here and never leave its that amazing. The amenities are plentiful with a community pool/common area, kids zip line/tree house/play area, and private hiking trail that leads to a beautiful waterfall. This property is perfect for romantic getaways and family gatherings. Pascal & Virginie are amazing host and make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. They have a lot of local knowledge and are easily available if needed. If available have them make you breakfast…. An incredible experience. The road to the property is a well maintained uphill dirt road. Signage and directions are very clear but 4x4 is definitely required. Dont let this dissuade you from the property. The magic of this property starts at the “Jurasic Park” like front gate.

We stayed 2 nights at Layla's house and we felt right at home, the house is very quiet and private The beds are very comfortable and ideal for 8 guests The person who takes care of the house is always attentive to opening the gate at all times We would definitely go back

It was our second stay at Villa St. Barth, and we hope it will not be the last one. We enjoy this privacy oasis very close to the touristy areas of the Tamarindo Coast. The property is secluded; you neither see nor feel any neighbours, yet it is just a few hundred meters away from a very nice fish restaurant. The house is squeaky clean and very comfortable to live in. The property's focal point is a pool suitable for lap swimming. We spend hours in the pool daily, looking for a busy bird life and occasional squirrels or monkeys.

Yonatan’s home and hospitality is the best experience I have ever had on AirBnb—the house is stunning, Yonatan’s communication was beyond excellent. He set up cabs for us, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, had a private link to set up excursions with Local Bird, a great delivery service to get groceries (SippDelivery) and had beer and wine and treats from the AMAZING local bakery waiting for us upon arrival. The beds are soooo comfortable and laundered to perfection by the housekeeper, Deyling, who comes every day. We brought my parents as a gift and it was a gift to us all that we chose Villa Kaleo. The pool is great, the view is gorgeous. We saw white face monkeys, iguanas, heard howler monkeys—all around the house. Highly recommend horseback riding with Oscar as well. GO!

Wow!!! What an experience!! Whitney’s place was absolutely amazing!!! Perfect place for our family vacation. Enough room for everyone and space to not feel cluttered! Beautiful views & beautiful amenities!!! Simone was beyond helpful!!! Such an amazing woman and made so many amazing experiences with her! She made the entire trip seamless! She took us on our snorkeling tour & to spend the day with Indigenous Boruca Sergio & his mom. Such a beautiful experience. Vlad, our chef, was AMAZING!!!! He made each of our meals better than the next & my birthday extra special!!! We caught tuna & he switched it up and served it fresh that night!!! His bartending skills were on point too and he became like family!!! Don’t hesitate on staying here I promise you’ll love it!! The pictures are beautiful but don’t show the depth of just how amazing it is!!! So be sure to utilize Simone for some of your experiences/excursions & book Vlad’s chef services!!! Pura Vida!!!!

Amazing place that lived up to the luxurious vibe it emitted. Everything such as services, amenities and communication, was arranged as well as could have been expected. Location is also perfect as you are right in the centre of Tamarindo. Hence, a very pleasant experience.

We had a great time at Villa Lasai! Sophie- the concierge, did a great job assisting us with anything we needed and the house itself is exactly what you see on the pictures- gorgeous with breathtaking views, great pool and outdoor area. I am not an early bird by any means but I enjoyed waking up early in this house a lot- hearing all the forest inhabitants, ocean waves breaking somewhere further make you want to start your day to see/feel more of that. The house is located up the hill and the road is partially paved which took us one full round trip to get used to, but once you get a hang of it- it’s totally fine just a bit bumpy. In terms of proximity to everything the location is great, once you’re down the hill- you’re on the main street of Santa Teresa with all the restaurants, shops and tons of ocean access points. Overall, would definitely recommend Villa Lasai and would love to come back here some time in the future!

The pictures were accurate and the place was spotless Laura the host was flawless, she’s was constantly available - giving us suggestions and advice through out our stay, very attentive and made our stay so much more enjoyable with the use of local knowledge. I have rented houses in the Dominical/ Uvita/ Ojochal over a dozen times and Roberto and Diana's place has been my favorite by far. Not only is the property extremely unique in it's design and layout, it's amenities, location and incredible view is unmatched. Typically speaking, in this area of Costa Rica, a house with a view this amazing will require a 10 - 15 minute drive up hill. This house is a 5 minute drive from so much and within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. This made traveling with kids so easy and allowed us to really explore the area while also relaxing at the house often. This house is more than worth it, especially for the reasonable nightly rate in comparison to similar properties. Pura Vida 🌴

Excellent stay. Clean, quality, serene jungle vibes and views. Salt water pool is a luxury. Best vacation rental management company in ST, always stay in their homes. Highly recommend.

This place is over-the-top awesome. Soaring ocean views, but the center of town is just down the hill. The two bedrooms upstairs had epic views and super comfortable king beds, and the third bedroom downstairs was perfect for the kids. Eti, the host, was super responsive and helped us book all kinds of adventures throughout our stay. There was daily cleaning and laundry from friendly staff. It's basically your own private luxury hotel in one of the world's perfect surf towns.

Amazing property at the top of a hill. The views are incredible, you can see all the way to the ocean without another building in sight! The road is up is pretty steep, so be prepared. But that also means it's very private up there.

Really beautiful spot in Uvita!! The house is so spacious and the outdoor space is so lovely with the pool and giant hammock! Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Martha for a great stay!

One of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. The pictures say it all. Felt super safe. Host is very accommodating. We got the private chef for breakfast. I highly recommend. Only 15 min. drive to Jaco where you can find anything you would like to eat or drink. Loved this place.
