Located in a strategic place; it has the calm of the countryside but is 3 minutes by car from the mansa and the brava of Punta Colorada, 10 minutes from Piriápolis and 20 from Punta Ballena. It has a fan, air and a large shade at noon in the grill. It has a high-performance stove for winter.
