I recently stayed at this beautiful 3BHK cottage near Pawna Lake, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a while. The view from the property is absolutely stunning — you wake up to a calm lake and greenery all around. The place is spacious, clean, and exactly like the pictures. Each room has an AC and attached bathroom, which was super convenient for our group. The private pool was a great addition — well-maintained and perfect for chilling during the day. The outdoor space is huge and gives you a proper “nature retreat” vibe without being too remote. The host, Bharat & the Caretaker, Sanket was really helpful and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and he made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a quiet weekend away with friends or family, close to nature but still comfortable, this place is perfect. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

If you want to be in the middle of nowhere — in a good way — this is the place. The house has a beautiful facade with exposed local stone and bricks. It is well lit and ventilated with a lot of glass — blurring the lines between the indoors and outdoors. In the morning when you wake up, you may have a WTF moment when you look at the view in front of you. We reached the place at night and yet it was relatively easy to find. Jio mobile service works fine. The house is equipped with all the basics, and the caretaker & the host Megha are proactive in ensuring you have everything you need before check-in. When we were there, it was pouring, and a stream nearby was flowing. At night, you will hear frogs singing their hearts out. It is a cosy place to spend the weekend away but not too far from the city. Be sure to take your books along, you'll find many corners to settle in. The place has been designed thoughtfully. Chirag was an exceptional host — extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. He made the entire experience smooth and welcoming from the moment we booked. The property itself was beautiful, just as shown in the pictures (if not better!). It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the space inviting and guest-friendly. Highly recommend staying here — not just for the lovely home, but also for the outstanding hospitality. This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to eataries and daily essential stores, which made getting around really easy. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that made our trip even better. We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️
