Vacation rentals with beach access in Punat

This is a beautiful place overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. Nice small beach about a 2 minute walk.

Everything was great, don't hesitate to book this apartment, I would stay here again! The view is from the balcony only but it's an amazing view and a great patio! Everything you need is right at the bottom of the street, I went out each day for a great walk (in the rain) and picked up everything I needed from the Konzum (don't miss out on the back section) and Minoza for all the baked goods! Sushi place is excellent. PS apartment is smallish but it can sleep a lot of people, the couch is great, main bed in nice, upstairs are 2 more small single beds and there are 2 full baths! Dedicated parking 👍🏻PSS I'm on a motorcycle and the street and access to the parking are very steep but once you get into the parking area it's flat and I recommend.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderbaren Airbnb-Appartement zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Gastgeberin war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Seite. Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach perfekt – in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und tollen Restaurants, sodass wir alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Appartement selbst war nicht nur schön, sondern auch sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt! Ich kann dieses Appartement nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt

Such a great find!! Wonderful distance from old town so as not to get into too much hustle and bustle but really close for walking. Everything is clean and nice. Also we were able to use the clothes washer and dryer which was such a great thing while traveling. The view is spectacular!!! Thanks for having us!

Odlična lokacija. Iz balkona in kuhinje je res lep pogled na morje. Stanovanje je opremljeno z vsem kar potrebuješ, prav tako je opremljena kuhinja. Manjkala mi je samo pečica. V bližini je veliko parkirišče in dolga urejena sprehajalna pot ob morju. Jelena je prijazna in odzivna, definitivno priporočam.

Appartamento esattamente come si vede nelle foto pulitissimo e nuovo a pochi passi dal mare che si vedeva dalla terrazza e con posto auto privato in una posizione tranquilla ma vicino a tutto. SILVANA un host speciale un vulcano di simpatia gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e parla anche in italiano . Ottima esperienza da rifare ad occhi chiusi .

Dragan und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in Malinska und auf Krk gegeben. Die Lage des Appartement hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen, weil wir in Malinska alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr gut erholt, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder das Appartement mieten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Jelenas Apartment. Es war absolut sauber und genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten und die Terasse sind toll und dass man nur durch den Garten gehen muss, um direkt am Meer mit den Liege Plattformen zu sein, ist super! Zu erwähnen sei vielleicht noch dass die Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer ist, aber wenn man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer offen lässt, wird es auch dort kühl genug. Parken kann man direkt an der Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne Kaffeemaschine und Backofen. Die Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte. Gerade in der Haupt Reisezeit im Sommer, sind die klassischen Touristenorte und vor allem die Strände ja sehr überfüllt, aber hier ist es anders! Man findet immer ein gutes Plätzchen ohne all zu viele Leute um einen herum. Jelena war sehr freundlich und bemüht und jederzeit ansprechbar, bei Fragen. Wir können die Unterkunft also absolut empfehlen

We had a great week staying at the family run apartment . A warm welcome by our hosts Ivan and Selena . A relaxing place to be with a great terrace and view on the bay . Beach , center and restaurants all a short walk away. We have been looked after really well. Thanks !

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

Super schönes, privates Beach-House mit herrlichem Ausblick und beheizten Pool (Chlor).Für 3-4 Personen optimal. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den stressig Alltag hinter uns lassen. Slaven war sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Einzig und allein der stolze Preis (590 € pro Nacht -ohne Reinigung und Airbnb- Gebühren) über die Ostertage hat ein bisschen gestört, zumal die Unterkunft in denen wärmeren Monaten nicht einmal die Hälfte kostet. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Danke Slaven.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die Lage am Wasser war super. Die Badestelle teilt man sich mit anderen Urlaubern aus dem Haus, was aber immernoch deutlich mehr Privatsphäre bedeutet, wie an einem öffentl. Strand. Wir konnten mit unserem Mietsboot direkt am Haus anlegen, was ein wirklicher mehrwert war. Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir durften den Grill benutzen, was auch sehr toll war. Parken war kein Problem. Dies ist auch nötig, da man sehr aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Das auf den Fotos beworbene benachbarte Restaurant war leider komplett geschlossen. Mit weiterem Fußweg zu erreichen wären ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein Restaurant. Wir haben trotzdem das Auto genommen, da teilweise auch keine Gehwege ausgebaut waren. Die Fotos der Wohnung sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen ;) Wir waren überrascht wie klein es doch war. Es hat für 2Personen trotzdem gereicht. Geschirr war etwas dürftig. Wer Wert drauf legt sollte sich was von zuhause mitnehmen. Die Gastgeber wahren sehr nett

Doris e Tihana sono state super accoglienti, amichevoli e ospitali. Ci hanno accolto subito e ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dall’inizio. Il bnb è un posto incantevole, immerso nella natura incontaminata. La vista dal balcone dell’appartamento è semplicemente incantevole. La location è perfetta se si vuole staccare dal quotidiano e si vuole fare una vacanza rilassante. È vicina a molti punti d’interesse nella zona, come ad esempio le isole di Krk e Cres. L’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa, la comunicazione è stata spontanea e naturale. Tihana è una guida esperta e saggia, Doris è dolcissima e ha molta cura dei suoi ospiti e del posto. Ci piacerebbe tanto tornare qui un giorno. Siamo stati bene :)

Nous avons passé 2 nuits très agréable. Evjezdana a été très accueillante, nous a recommandé restaurants et activités. L'appartement est très confortable, refait à neuf, très propre et très bien équipé. La literie est particulièrement confortable. Merci, nous reviendrons.

Smještaj je bilo lako za pronaći, doček je bio savršen s obzirom da su nam domaćini poslužili finu domaću hranu i piće. Smještaj je čist s prekrasnim pogledom, a domaćini su se na sve načine potrudili da se osjećamo kao kod kuće. Dane smo provodili u obilasku prekrasnog otoka, a večeri u ugodnom društvu domaćina. Velike preporuke za ovaj smještaj, mi ćemo ga se uvijek rado sjećati.

Marko and his brother were lovely hosts and really accommodating. They made our stay an uncomplicated and relaxing experience. The apartment is close to the beautiful town of Senj, but in a really quiet and peaceful corner outside of town. It had all the necessities we needed for feeling comfortable and at home. The highlight was the nice terrace with a view to the sea, where you can also sit and relax when the weather is bad. And of course the beach right below the apartment - great for lazy days! We wouldn't change a thing and would come back anytime! Thank you to our hosts and their flexibility and friendliness!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir als Familie haben uns für die 5 Tage wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und der Strand nur die Treppe hinunter zu erreichen.

Viktorija e suo marito sono sempre stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Beli è un paesino di altri tempi e mi sono innamorata della seconda spiaggia del paese, tranquilla e immersa nella natura. L'alloggio è arredata con cura e molto funzionale. Gli appartamenti si trovano nella casa più alta del paese appena sopra la Pensione Tramontana. Mio marito ha fatto un paio di immersioni e si è trovato molto bene con il Diving sulla spiaggia. Se volete mangiare in casa vi consiglio di fare un po' di spesa al Plodine di Cres prima di arrivare ma il negozietto vicino alla spiaggia è comunque ben fornito.

Fantasztikus hetet töltöttünk itt, minden a leírásnak és a fotóknak megfelelő volt - vagy még jobb is. Az apartman maximálisan megfelelt a 4 tagú családunk igényeinek. 3 perc séta a gyönyörű tengerparttól. Mindig kellemesen árnyékos, tengerre néző, hatalmas terasz. Tiszta, praktikus berendezés és felszereltség. Két hálószoba két fürdőszoba. Klíma, wifi, mosógép és parkolási lehetőség. 12 perc sétára van egy hipermarket. Terezija és Ivica kiváló vendéglátók, soha nem tolakodóak, de mindig elérhetőek, ha szükség lenne bármire. Házi süteménnyel vártak. Szomorúan jöttünk haza. Novi Vinodolski ezen része álomszép, jól kialakított napozóhelyek vannak, 30 méterenként acél látrákkal a tengerbe. Az árnyékos helyek hamar elfogynak, napsátrat érdemes vinni és tengeri cipőt. Van pár kisebb kavicsos öböl, ahol a kisgyerekek is biztonsággal pancsolhatnak. Szerencsére nincs medúza vagy hínár, de halak igen, érdemes snorkelezni. Inkább családosoknak való, nem bulizós a környék. Imádtuk az egészet!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Sve pohvale za Kseniju kao hosta kao i sve pozitivno sto se tice apartmana, unatoc tome sto smo uzeli apartman isti dan i to jos na Uskrs, apartman je bio cist, uredan i savrseno pripremljen. Sve potrebne stvari za ugodan boravak su tamo. Prelijep pogled na more i na stadion Kantrida sa oba prozora. Sve potrebne informacije su napisane, te nam ih je Ksenija jos detaljnije poslala. Velika preporuka!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
