The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well maintained. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the area's beaches, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from downtown. The apartment itself is very well kept and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

I stayed in Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was always ready to help. She provided us with a crib and assisted us when there was a general blackout in Chile. The apartment is beautiful, with a good view, spacious, clean and everything works well. We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, was very accommodating. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he arranged for someone to come and help us, a 7! We were able to go down to the lake for a walk, and the view was just wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it completely. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

The stay in the apartment was great. Fabiola is always very attentive. The location of the apartment is excellent, because it is not in the middle of the noise of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood, but with everything you need so you don't have to go far, with restaurants, grocery stores, greengrocers, bakeries, markets, etc. In turn, it is minutes from shopping, and has easy access to the routes that took us to the tourist places we wanted to visit. I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and convenient with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was anything I was wondering about. I would definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.
