The place is just as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and well-equipped. In addition, the location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood but a few minutes walk from downtown Puerto Varas and the waterfront.

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Puerto Varas. The place is spacious, comfortable and perfect for three people. Everything was impeccable: very clean, tidy and well-equipped. One of the great points in favor was the view from the balcony, from where you can see the volcano, which gives it a very special touch. The rustic furniture gives it a cozy touch and context of the place. Communication with the host was great, always quick and clear. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

The apartment is beautiful! It is wider than what you see in the photos and there is a second bed. Everything was spotless and had everything we needed, in addition to being very nice decorated. The location is spectacular, the building is in front of the lake, next to several places to eat. Best of all, the temperate pool!! Can be used until late so we took advantage of it a lot. I highly recommend it, I would come back happily to Lorena when I come back to Puerto Varas.

Patricia was an excellent host. He waited for us personally even though we arrived late due to our flight. The house was impeccable for 7 friends who went to explore the surroundings of Puerto Varas, with very careful details, including breakfast the first morning. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and more for a super pleasant stay. The view over the lake is a dream. Patricia was attentive at all times to anything we needed. Special mention for Paulina who, in addition to helping us every morning with the house, is a charming person who always had a treat for us.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We traveled with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, just like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us flexible check-in and check-out, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With a direct descent to the lake within the same condominium, wonderful. We would definitely do it again!

A very special place where you can tell that it was built and maintained with a lot of love. There's a lot to discover, so the stay was exciting and relaxing at the same time.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, the view is wonderful, a cozy balcony, everything is impeccable, 10 out of 10, 1000% recommended, the apartment is very well equipped, with very nice heating. The beds are too comfortable. Everything is very aesthetic Paulina is very helpful, cordial and kind. I'd be back anyway.

The stay in the building was comfortable, good location, quiet, a nice lake view, clean, quite central, a price according to the stay. Except small details (Ex. TV without cable/antenna, access door to house that requires adjustment to close comfortably), is a fully recommended option to host in Puerto Varas.

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and they make everything easy upon arrival. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate him guiding us with some activities we did during our stay. The apartment's surroundings are very quiet and with beautiful views. There are very good restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back if I had the chance.

A very well located, comfortable and spacious apartment, also very nice. It has entertaining games and many books and they leave you what you need for your arrival.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

Everything is more than perfect, very convenient location and lots of privacy. Full kitchen and impeccable room. 10/10
