Beach condo vacation rentals in Puerto Rico

The apartment was perfect, great views and a very responsive host! Definitely coming back again. I recommend this property to any one who wants a home away from home.

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

Second time staying here. Still a fantastic space! Great pool and easy beach access. And the views are unbeatable. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

Just what it looked like! Perfect area too

We stayed at Melina’s Airbnb in Condado, and it was exactly as described in the listing! The photos matched the apartment perfectly, so there were no surprises when we arrived. One very important tip is to carefully read all the notes the host shares about the property—they mention the condition of the condominium, which is important to know in advance. The apartment is great for a quick weekend getaway in San Juan. While it’s technically set up to accommodate four people, I think it’s best suited for a couple, maybe three max. We actually used the second bedroom just to store our luggage. Overall, a great stay in a convenient location!

We arrived late and tired after traveling and driving so I misunderstood the lock box location info, but reached out to Viviana and received a prompt response. The lock box is located on the wall to the left not on the gate but like I said it was a misunderstanding on my part other than that the apartment is exactly as shown in pics. The location is excellent close to tons of stores, restaurants and beaches. The apartment is small but has everything you need and clean.

Fabulous stay with fabulous neighbors who live there. Love the simplicity of the condo and the beach was so private!!

Ivelisse was an amazing host. It was the first time a host personally gave the keys of her place and gave me a small tour of the facilities. Also, knowing it was my wife’s birthday, she decorated the apartment with birthday props. Overall the place is well equipped. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants. Also the views from the apartment are amazing. Definitely it’s a place that I will visit again. Thanks Ivelisse !!!

Perlas place is lovely! Welcoming, spotless, with extra batteries in the apartment (who hates a dead tv remote?!) and flashlights and lanterns in case the major island wide power outage affected me. She communicated prior to the trip and offered me the option of cancelling even if last minute. Her apt is lovingly decorated and has good lighting. It is centrally located and just what a couple or solo traveler may need. The camera at the door outside the apt, is a bit off putting as you feel like your comings and goings are monitored, but I got over it. It was, at least in plain sight, and I understood the need for it. She had beach chairs, fans, and the cold AC but the wind coming in from the open windows was more than sufficient unless it was raining. The kitchen was well equipped and she had an outlet strip for electronics. The best part was interacting with Perla. She is truly a super host and was kind enough to let me check out an hour later. A class act. I’d stay again!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

The communications with Paul was excellent. The place was super clean and spacious. I definitely enjoyed.

This is my second time staying here my family loves this location. Close to the beach, my kids loved the pool that was basically just us. Area is very quiet. The house is very comfortable for my family. Only con I would say is the master bed is pretty firm but not a major problem. I love staying here and will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The hosts were very responsive and the location was prime, as the beach was a 2 min walk away and many places to eat on that strip! The pool was awesome, and spacious enough for everyone. The condo itself is gorgeous and well taken care of - plenty of room for myself, my sister and my niece! I’d recommend this place to anyone who’d listen!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

This beautiful beach front condo is like heaven on earth. The view of the ocean from the balcony along with the lull of the ocean waves from the bedroom made it feel like absolute paradise. The place was equipped with everything we could possibly need throughout our stay including a beach wagon and toys. We felt very safe and secure as the condo is in a gated community. Elmira was so friendly and responsive! We are already planning our next trip to this amazing condo on this beautiful island.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

The pictures don’t qualify for the place it is more beautiful of what you can see at the pictures. The views the sunrise and sunset are spectacular at the apartment. The location it is amazing you had security 24/7 .. private access to the pool and security also. A lot of restaurant close by including a supermarket 24/7 in case you need anything for the little ones my 3 kids said was the best vacations ever.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.
