This place makes a fantastic base in Cabarete. The private pool is amazing and they've done a beautiful job with the aesthetic. The beds are very comfortable too! It was a wonderful place to stay with my small family. They even provided a pack and play for my baby. Overall, I'd book again in a heartbeat and recommend this stay to others. A couple things I will mention are that the kitchen is beautiful, but there are hardly any things to cook with, and the dishes aren't what you'd expect from a place like this. Also, we had some issues with both showers not draining very well. Even with these minor issues, I'd still highly recommend staying here, and hopefully some of these things are addressed for future guests.

I have been going to the D.R since 2016 and I have never stayed in a better villa. The only problem I have is that why wait until you make your final payment to show your restrictions for the house cause if you decide not to stay there you can't get your money back.. I feel those restrictions should be on the site for everyone to view before making they decision!!!. Other than that great place & location!!!

Located in one of the mostt secure areas. Private swimming pool, its a gated community, restaurants are close, beach is less than 10 mins drive, I sleep with the doors in the back open and a clean house. No issues, would recommend and I would stsy there again

Host very responsive. The space is exactly as it’s described. It was very clean and the pool was super clean also. Air conditioning on each building excellent ambiance. The security personnel very attentive and the staff also.

Hem viscuts uns dies molt macos en aquest allotjament de Republicà Dominicana. Amb l'amfitrió, Frederick, hem tingut una comunicació fluida i rapida, es va interessar per la nostra arribada i estada. La casa ha sigut exactament com es mostra a les fotos: espaiosa, neta i molt còmoda. La piscina estava impecable i era perfecta per relaxar-se. Hem gaudit molt de l'entorn de la casa, les vistes i les passejades al costat del mar ens han agradat molt. La casa està situada en una zona molt tranquil·la i poc visitada, era el que nosaltres volíem. Sols comentar que no es còmode banyar-se a les platges de l'entorn, dons les onades son molt fortes i el mar es molt intentes, qui vulgui platges de bany i ambient de festa, te Cabarete molt aprop. Molt recomanable, guardarem molt bon record dels dies viscuts a Colonial Beach House.

Great host and great place to stay

Absolutely the price was excellent. We had an issue with the ac in the room. Ricardo got on it immediately. His ppl worked thru the evening (1 1/2 hr) and had them fixed. Now that’s hospitality at its best. We never had any other issues with his property the rest of our stay. We will definitely booked this villa again on the next trip. The cleaning crew is amazing. Grounds clean pool every day…cleaning lady( Emma) provided a services with fresh clean towels and linen if needed. Suggest leaving a broom and mop for guests to clean up through the day. Other than that it was perfect. Thanks again Ricardo and to Emma very good property team.

Great stay for our group ! Yubi our cook was absolutely amazing! Nice place - Luis the security guy was so nice to the kids and to us ! The small beach nearby was amazing.

I feel lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful home in such a peacful and private area. I would definetly recommend this place its clean an well upkept with a very friendly host. Also its close to alot of beachs and resteraunts. One last thing the view from the roof was absolutely stunning

Amazing for a persons first time in Sosua and wanted to be close to everything and still have privacy. Communication was top notch and services were timely. Highly recommended and will use for future stays!
