Very large home in Palermo close to restaurants and shops. My family and I enjoyed staying in this very comfortable house and our host Nati was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The house is as described, spacious, very nice and comfortable. Both Luis and Silvia communicated fluently all the time. They gave me my space and privacy and at the same time were very warm in the conversations we had. A very family atmosphere that makes you feel very comfortable at all times. The truth is, it is highly recommended to spend one or more nights if you need to be in the Martinez area.

Beautiful home on the most picturesque street of Buenos Aires. Well connected to public transportation. The hosts incredibly kind and warm.

This was a great group AirBnB! The location was great and Natalia was super responsive with any issues / inquiries we had. The kitchen is on the third floor but we didn’t really use it - so many great restaurants around! A ton of bathrooms - first floor has three of the bedrooms with each a bathroom - second floor has two rooms and one bathroom. Great stay!!!

The room we used complied with what was offered, but I would specify the shared spaces and what services can be accessed.

The house is beautiful, super practical, with a lot of well separated and safe environments. The neighborhood is beautiful too. You can't really ask for anything else. Check-in and check-out were also super flexible and comfortable. Highly recommended!

My arrival was easy from the airport, Andrea kept in touch with me and whenever I needed different kinds of recommendations she helped me. She is a very nice person, very direct (which is appreciated), respectful and kind. The common areas were very clean, the house is beautiful and so is the area. His puppy Felipe is a delight, very clean, happy and respectful. I would stay again, if it is necessary to know that the train passes literally next to the house, the first few days it is difficult to get used to the noise, but then you don't even notice it. The area is very safe!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place! She went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, sharing helpful local tips, preparing a bed for our toddler, and even lending us a subway card for easy transportation. The apartment has all the basics you need—no extra frills, but for the price, it’s excellent value. Plus, it’s located in Villa Crespo, a fantastic neighborhood with lots of cool shops and restaurants, all while avoiding the overly touristic vibe of Palermo. Overall, a great Airbnb experience. Everything was great, would definitely come again. Brenda is very nice, always attentive to everything, flexible check-in and the Airbnb has everything you need, the area is close to tourist places such as the botanical park.

Juan’s place is great and exactly like the ad says. It’s situated in a good location, where you can find lots of things to do, such as touristic places, bars and restaurants. Juan was super friendly, flexible and helped us with everything we needed. I super recommend staying in his place.

Perfect, first time I've noted anything on Airbnb, I didn't miss anything and I was sad to leave, I should have booked longer. First time I've seen a first aid kit in an Airbnb, it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. The neighborhood is not the best because it is very touristy but as long as you are careful everything will go smoothly. Going up the street you have a lot of good local/tourist restaurants, but the apartment itself is really amazing. You don't want to go out because you feel so good there. I was greeted by Matias' mother, she is a great person, kind and with good advice and speaks French very well which was useful to me because I speak Spanish very poorly. In short, for solo or 2 travelers it's really the best place!

I stayed at Monica's during my stay in Buenos Aires and I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the first moment, I was greeted with a unique warmth. The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!

It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. Alejandro prepares delicious dishes, which can be requested upon request. Patricia makes a delicious breakfast that includes her exquisito pan de casa. Both offer a variety of dishes to choose from as a menu for lunch or dinner with reservation. The house is beautiful, clean and with nice aromas. One is delighted with every corner that goes around. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.
