the house of enrique is an original house in a beautiful quiet area. from the house you can take the most beautiful walks in the national park. inside it is also with cold days spacious , comfortable and cozy, especially with the fireplace on. Mikhail and Elena were excellent hosts. Very responsive and thoughtful. They noticed that we would need a vehicle and text us without prompt on how to avail of this amenity. The house is private and perfect for a family to enjoy as the pool was pristine and also had a pool cleaner during the week of our stay. We really enjoyed the safety of the area and was able to have our own private pool experience.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We had a great weekend with a group of friends with our children. The house is in an unbeatable and quiet location, next to the most recommended places in the area, while at the same time being very close to the city center. Encarnación and Rafa were very attentive to our needs at all times and were very kind. Definitely a highly recommended experience for families and groups of friends.

Hosts like likes who share volo third parties, a house arranged with taste and quality in a meconnue region of the general public. We highly recommend it!

What an amazing weekend we had at Nuria’s place. From the minute we arrived she was attentive and helpful with all our requests and needs. The house itself is beautiful. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space for us all, enough amenities for a family of 20+ and a choice of 3 different eating areas big enough for us all. The photos of the grounds don’t do it justice. The areas with the pool and football pitch are not only perfect for family’s and young children but also enclosed so we felt safe with the children for the whole trip. Would highly recommend this villa a family holiday, it had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next trip to Mula to call this villa our home from home.

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. We really enjoyed the perfect pool for a family with small children. The neighborhood is fantastic! It's a beautiful and tranquil setting! There is an aldi that is built 10 minutes walk away, Los locos beach is 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed discovering Torrevieja and were surprised by this vacation destination which is ideal! The beachfront promenade is beautiful with lots of restaurants and shopping! The apartment is very well located and very clean. We appreciated the kindness of our hosts. They are discreet and available quickly. The house is very well equipped and the gardens are well maintained! Our hosts left us a lot of gifts and little surprises when we arrived! They are very attentive! We loved this house! Thanks for everything again!

It made our stay in Águilas easy with a pet and a baby almost 3 months old. It had everything you needed. Quiet location to rest and a few minutes' drive to Águilas, with everything necessary for a family and not having to eat out all day, in addition to having a community pool that allows you to enjoy a swim comfortably.

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Maria looks great! She arranged for both check-in and checkout! The apartment is 15 minutes from the center but there is everything nearby (supermarket, bar/restaurant, pharmacy and the beach). The view from the apartment is perfect and the apartment matches the description. I highly recommend it!!

We had a fantastic stay at Olga’s place. The space itself is large and well equipped with a lovely balcony. The area is private and relaxed, with two great swimming pools! The parking was easy to use and the spaces were large. We would highly recommend this spot!

Very nice stay. We were three couples, each their bedroom and bathroom, which is very nice. The house is 1min from the highway entrance/exit which was perfect. We were able to enjoy the pool and calm, but also be quickly in Murcia (20 minutes) and the beach (35 minutes for el mar menor and 50 minutes for Cabo de Palos). Juana who was our contact is quick to reply to the message and very friendly. Everything was as in the description, ideal house for two families with children who want to go on vacation together.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Fantastic Villa centrally located in La Manga Club with amenities in walking distance. The villa was described perfectly with great views as it was high up . Would definitely recommend.

Villa was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was fully equipped. Enjoyed the large outdoor space with multiple terraces and the host was always helpful and quick to respond.

David was an exceptional host. Very good communication throughout the week and the villa was exactly as described in the listing. The beer tap was a huge bonus for those who enjoy a beer!
