Great place to stay in with great communication.

We spent a week in Pilar's beautiful home. The location is easily walkable to the metro restaurants, museums etc. We enjoyed eating at the various restaurants nearby -- none more than a block or two from the apartment. Havana Blues (two blocks from apt) for cuban sandwiches, La Princessa on the opposite corner from our block apt for amazing dolmas, chicken shawarma and belly dancing. The mercado is two blocks away for cheese fresh seafood and vegetables. Lots of coffee and pastry options. Pilar gave us a personal overview of how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is completely stocked. We probably spent most of our time out on the terrace, which also has a cute little sleeping cottage. There is a large retractable awning to offer shade in the hot part of the day. We sat outside every night and the large conversation couch offers plenty of seating. Pilar is a lovely host and is extremely responsive. We highly recommend.

I would give Pablo's place in Madrid much higher than a 5 if that was possible. It was recently completely remodeled and done top notch. Perfectly clean with the amenities that would be expected. The location is in a great area. Very walkable to all the main attractions in Madrid. Mattresses were very comfortable. I wish I owned it!

Beautiful flat a few steps from Parque el retiro. Easy for walking and reach public transportation. The apartment is fully equipped and just Beautiful. We would love to stay again!

From my very first contact with Maria Eugenia, everything went smoothly. She is very responsive and friendly. Her apartment felt like home right away. The location is perfect, you can do everything by foot. Although it’s a lively neighborhood, I was impressed by the sound isolation! I highly recommend Maria Eugenia and will surely come back!

I would give this a 4.5 if that rating were available. Apartment was clean, and in a good location. Easy walking distance of tourist sites, but not in the middle of the crowds. Grocery stores and a large department store (El Corte Ingles) nearby. There are a few issues. In main bathroom, here is a serious shower stall leak. Water runs out if it touches the wall near the toilet. One bathroom has a sewer gas smell that has been noted previously. Although linens are very clean, several duvets and bed pillows are stained. No sharp cooking knife in kitchen. Frying pan bottom is not flat and handle wobbles. An extra set of linens would also be useful, just in case, and a rack to hang clothes would be nice. WiFi is strong in living room, but repeater does not work in bedroom. These are not show-stoppers, but could use some work. It would be very helpful if there were instructions on recycling, and on where instructions for operating appliances are to be found.

This is a really nice apartment we stayed in for 3 nights. Communication is really good and there is a connection to the bar next door where we had a free vermouth and tapas (we paid for) one night. Thoroughly recommend this place as a good base in Madrid within 30 mins walk of all main attractions.

Centralized accommodation, everything is done on foot. Airport-accommodation we did it by subway, fast. We really enjoyed the apartment (5 people), Enrique's kindness and availability, exceptional Thankyou so much for the great stay

We chose this spacious apartment just for the two of us—my husband and I—drawn in by the photos, natural light, greenery, and glowing reviews. It turned out to be a wonderful decision. The apartment is within walking distance of nearly every major spot: El Prado, Reina Sofía, Plaza Mayor—you can walk everywhere! Alicia gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations, and the area felt safe to walk at any hour. Despite its central location, nights were peaceful and quiet. Alicia, Cristina, and Mario were incredibly kind—helpful, friendly, always available. They even let us store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, keeping it in a special place, which made our travel logistics so much easier. There’s a school right across the street. The sound of kids playing during recess? Let’s just say it was the most soft and charming alarm clock we could’ve asked for to beat our jet lag and get out to enjoy Madrid. Honestly, it felt like dear friends had lent us their home.

Great location. No parking but you can drop off and park around the corner. Top of the street there is a plaza and restaurants. Up and then down to the left is a bigger plaza. The palace is about a 15 minute walk. You have to go to the rooftop bar at Riu Hotel. Incredible. 10 minute walk.

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

Best friends travel Spain. Our first destination was Madrid and Carmela has an opinion book where she has all the information you need and other guests contribute. We got to learn about all the great restaurants close by etc. highly recommend. I would stay here again.

Excellent location even though there were works, it could be passed without a problem, you had all the attractions nearby and José was very kind in everything, we had to check out after the established hours and was super understanding with being able to stay a little longer, the room is excellent, you have a balcony and kitchenette.

Vicente is a perfect host, he does everything to make us feel good. The house is large, there were 6 of us and it was impeccable! there is everything as at home (towel, shower gel, all cooking utensils and enough to make breakfast). The metro is a 12-minute walk and about 50 minutes from the apartment to reach the center via the metro. you will have peace of mind when you arrive at the apartment. Super nice terrace!

Like at home, very comfortable and quiet, super comfortable and a very good combination of roads to visit places by car, as well as supermarkets nearby and everything you need. Mercedes is a 10-star host. Thank you so much for everything and for making us feel so good.
