Family-friendly vacation rentals in Madrid

Great place to stay in with great communication.

We spent a week in Pilar's beautiful home. The location is easily walkable to the metro restaurants, museums etc. We enjoyed eating at the various restaurants nearby -- none more than a block or two from the apartment. Havana Blues (two blocks from apt) for cuban sandwiches, La Princessa on the opposite corner from our block apt for amazing dolmas, chicken shawarma and belly dancing. The mercado is two blocks away for cheese fresh seafood and vegetables. Lots of coffee and pastry options. Pilar gave us a personal overview of how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is completely stocked. We probably spent most of our time out on the terrace, which also has a cute little sleeping cottage. There is a large retractable awning to offer shade in the hot part of the day. We sat outside every night and the large conversation couch offers plenty of seating. Pilar is a lovely host and is extremely responsive. We highly recommend.

Excellent location; impeccably clean; generous and thoughtful amenities; elevator was great for luggage and tired legs; sound/light electronic shades were excellent (made a huge difference); still had some noise from neighbor and garbage trucks at night, but used white noise to cover (and quiet 2nd bedroom in the back also); host was responsive and helpful with great local recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a family with children! The property is quite big with enough room for large groups and the grill area is close to the swimming pool. Miguel is a great host and was ready to help anytime.

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

The stay was great, the house is as shown in the photos. Good patio that for when the weather is good, it's a pass!! The house is very well located, 5 minutes from Segovia and the Farm, and 20 minutes from the Sierra de Navacerrada. The owner is very friendly and very attentive and responds super fast!! Thank you so much for the stay!!

It is exactly as described, a wooden house in perfect condition with all the amenities, the pool is very large and has a garden with plenty of space. The area is very quiet, perfect for disconnecting. We'll be back for sure

The house was very well prepared, with a multitude of games for the little ones. The outdoor space is very nice for barbecuing and enjoying with friends. Comfortable beds. The hostess was very caring and pleasant. He responded very quickly to a small inconvenience upon arrival.

The house is situated in a very nice area. It has a terrace with barbecue and good views. It's very comfortable, and everything is thought out and well organized. Alberto was very friendly and was quick to respond to anything we needed. Everything is perfect and highly recommended.

The apartment matched the photos, it's more, it wins in person, very well decorated and you feel at home. Good parking space, which helps in Madrid. Nieves was very helpful and friendly, we'll be back for sure!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We have passed a great bridge. The house is amazing and the children have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool, which looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location if you want to get away from downtown. Metro station nearby. The apartment is in good condition and the owners are very friendly and thoughtful.

We really enjoyed Navacerrada, great small town. 40 min drive to Segovia - one hour to Avila and 25 min to Valdesqui Loved the amount of games and movies for the kids, the loved the room with toys Thanks so much for having Jaime!

Very nice and convenient flat in the heart of Madrid. Communication with José was very smooth. We were there during the huge Portuguese/Spanish blackout and José was very flexible and helpful. I will definitely go back to his place next time I’m in Madrid

We had a great stay at Ruth's house! The house was tidy and had everything we needed! Ruth was very friendly and always willing to give us useful instructions about the house!

Like at home, very comfortable and quiet, super comfortable and a very good combination of roads to visit places by car, as well as supermarkets nearby and everything you need. Mercedes is a 10-star host. Thank you so much for everything and for making us feel so good.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
