An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

Μια ολοκαίνουρια μονοκατοικία σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά μολις 1.5 χιλιόμετρα απο το κέντρο της πόλης της Πρέβεζας. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όσα θα χρειαστείτε για μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή.Στην αυλή μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας καθως και να χρησιμοποιήσετε το barbeque. Ενα ποδήλατο απο εμάς σας δίνει την ευκαιρία να κάνετε μια βόλτα και να απολαύσετε την περιοχή. Η μονοκατοικία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500 μέτρων απο την παραλία Ψαθακι.

A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

Azul Studio is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the wonderful Preveza and the surroundings. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
