Michele e sua moglie sono due persone splendide e gentilissime!! Si è fatto in quattro per trovarci un agriturismo dove mangiare all’ultimo minuto anche se tutto nei dintorni era chiuso , persona super attenta e socievole ma anche discreta . Ci sono stati problemi con l’alloggio prenotato e ci ha accolti in un alloggio più spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort . È stato un soggiorno perfetto , il paese è dotato di tutti gli essenziali ma gli abitanti sono la vera perla . Mi sono sentita a casa . Grazie Michele !!

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

We had a wonderful stay at Stefano and Anna’s apartment during our work trip to Cagliari. The space was perfect for my colleague and me, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for both work and relaxation. The location was ideal, walkable, safe, and close to everything we needed. Stefano and Anna were gracious and responsive hosts who made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Cagliari.

l'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso, ristrutturato in stile tradizionale, situato in una delle vie del centro storico ma in una zona tranquilla lontana dal vai vai della movida. l'accoglienza eccellente in quanto al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato biglietti e regali di benvenuto tra cui dei dolcetti sardi molto graditi. l'appartamento presenta tutti i comfort necessari e anche qualcosa in più (ombrelloni e altri oggetti per il mare) per un soggiorno piacevole. infine l'host Marcello è stato molto cordiale ed efficiente nella risposta alle nostre domande.

Michaela is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and proactive. Communication was great throughout the stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had a well stocked kitchen - exactly what we were looking for. The location was great as well, walking distance to most sights and easy access to Poetto beach by bus. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay.

Katia è stata incredibile: flessibile sull'ora di check in, sempre disponibile per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, consigliare i posti da vedere e da mangiare. La casa era molto pulita e c'era tutto di che avevamo bisogno, anche la culla per la nostra piccola. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Très beau logement, propre, soigné. Il y a de l espace et l extérieur est très bien aménagé en terrasse avec tout le mobilier qu il faut. Bien situé pour faire de belles visites et découvertes.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

É stato piacevole soggiornare nella casa vacanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni cosa, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal centro. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Es war einfach wunderschön. Ich habe mich so wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt, es war auch sehr sauber, Bett ist bequem, 2 Fernseher sind auch da. Also es ist ein sehr guter Rückzugsort. Man ist mitten im Zentrum und in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt. Valentina war immer erreichbar und ist sehr freundlich. Wenn ich nochmal nach Cagliari komme, dann nur, wenn ihre Unterkunft zur Verfügung steht. Sie haben sogar Getränke und Snacks bereitgestellt. Es war die beste Unterkunft die ich bisher hatte. Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist super zentral, man erreicht alles bequem zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Host – der Check-in war unkompliziert und herzlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen – klare Empfehlung für Luigis apartment

Apartamento super confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem todos os itens necessários. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pelos pais de Maurizio. Localização é excelente para ir à Praia do Poetto. Tem bastante vagas de garagem na frente do prédio. Simplesmente perfeito!

An amazing stay, apartment was perfect fit for our family with 18mo old equipped with a high chair, travel crib, baby utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. Located in charming flower-filled streets of Villanova in center just few steps from lovely piazzas with cafes and shops and in near proximity to many parks and food market. The host was incredibly helpful, offering tips, directions and great suggestions for activities with a toddler, always available for questions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which was super convenient with a stroller. As is typical in the area for ground spaces, the windows are pointing to the internal spaces between houses but this apartment has a glass door which brings day light to the space. We felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Great city location. Close to everything. Resturants right below the apartment. We liked the sounds of the people until late night, but with the windows closed it was amazingly silent. Superb host.

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.
