Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Rieti

This was incredible place. Right in the centre of town, close to many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The host was very responsive and had excellent suggestions.

The place was great. Spacious with large, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. It had character and was warm and inviting whereas other Airbnbs can feel a bit bland with how minimal they are. The private, secure parking was a huge plus, making everything super convenient.

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it :)

Really charming structure. Very clean and cozy, simple but equipped with all comforts. Very welcoming living area, with a very comfortable sofa. Very nice and practical kitchen. Excellent cleanliness of the whole house, especially the bathrooms and bedroom. Congratulations to the hosts for their kindness and attention to every detail. I highly recommend it.

Impressively cleaned! Exactly as it appears in the photos, the place is spacious and very well divided. Gently the owner offers a welcome water and wine bottle. From first aid products, cleaning, bathing, to a cozy fireplace where we spend hours of pure relaxation in a perfect place, quiet for those seeking harmony with nature. And speaking of nature, the little borgo Arrone is surrounded by a stunning nature and super friendly people. There is an infinite range of olive trees where the best olive oil in the region is extracted and for our greatest joy the diamond of the soil… Tartufo! Mrs. Annalisa received us for delivery of the keys with a contagious sympathy. We will certainly be back.

Stefano is a thoughtful and accurate host. The apartment inside a residence in the most surrounded by nature is pleasant, warm and embellished with shabby chic elements. Stefano available to illustrate the activities to do nearby including the signalling of restaurants and services. The place , just 2 km from the center of the terminillo and surrounded by nature with various walking routes and very quiet. The description of the accommodation is consistent with what was communicated in the presentation. Relaxing environment to spend a week of rest.

Amazing definitely recommend

My husband and I stayed at Tenuta Le Valli for three nights and had a magical time. The owner, Ena is a warm and friendly host that welcomed us into her home with joy. The house itself is inviting, cozy, magical, and healing. It is a one-of-a-kind place that is meant for rest, relaxation, contemplation, meditation, and some easy local sightseeing. Ena went out of her way to make us feel at home with little thoughtful touches everywhere. I truly felt her warmth and love - though she's just a stranger! I also fell in love with her three horses, Julio (my favorite), Bongo, and Sunshine. Ena and her daughter were so gracious in allowing me to interact and feed them. I felt like a child in this magical place! Thank you dear Ena and her daughter Matilde for creating this haven for spiritual wanderers.🙏🏻✨💕 We had a lovely peaceful stay. ☺️

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

Agostino is a very friendly host. The apartment is in the heart of the historical city. The area is very quet and safe. You can find restaurants very close and a little minimarket close by. With car between 10 minutes, you find several geoceries.

Definitively a beautiful city and staying at Bernardino’s meant a comfortable plus to our visit to Rieti, we will come back with no doubt!

Casa Lavinia, Was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay there. Beautiful apartment at the centre of Casperia. We couldn’t recommend it more! Marco was extremely understanding and patient with us as we had some minor delays at our arrival. Gave us great recommendations and provided us more than we needed for our stay. Extra touch was a gifted home made candle at our arrival. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area. Highly recommend !

It was exactly as described in the photos,and much better than I expected,very quiet,on the top of the mountain,with beautiful scenery,a stunning sunset,it was also the first time for my children to see fireflies,highly recommended

It was wonderful staying in Ignazio's apartment in the beautiful Spoleto. He was such an accommodating host: meeting us, taking us to his great place, and telling us all about the area. Spoleto is a fascinating city, and we would love to return. The flat is extremely comfortable, and lovely, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to gorgeous restaurants and sites. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

Words are perhaps superfluous. The host, Michela, is one-of-a-kind in her friendliness and kindness. Although the apartment already looks great from the photos, we were even more surprised at how cozy and tastefully decorated it was only once we entered. Despite the large spaces and ornaments, the order and cleanliness were simply perfect. Such good value for money in such a central area is unbelievable. We'll definitely be back

A lovely place in an old building in the very heart of Spoleto. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything new and spotless. And very cozy. Alessandro was extremely helpful and came to pick up us at the station. Also he left a bottle of local wine as a gift. A great experience in Spoleto! Highly recommend.
