Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Province of Rieti

Extremely comfortable accommodation and (I think) recently renovated, since everything inside seems to be new. Very easy to reach and in a perfect location to visit the center of L'Aquila, but at the same time, a little secluded from the main streets and therefore very quiet. Really helpful and kind host, although there was no need to bother him too much, since the apartment already has everything you need for a great stay. We're sorry it's already taken on the dates we have to return to L'Aquila, otherwise we would definitely have returned here!

I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

We stayed with four people in this spacious and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need for even longer stays. We especially liked the spacious and well-decorated spaces. It is also located in a quiet residential area but with the center easily accessible with a simple 10/15 minute walk. We always found parking for the car in the street in front. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

The stay was perfect in every way. The accommodation was very clean as well as new, cozy and cared for in every detail, exactly as described in the listing (if not better!). The location was convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the area. The host was very kind, always available and attentive, a real pleasure. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation. I would gladly stay again!

There were 3 of us for the VVF oath and it was really a hit and run of less than 24 hours but the accommodation is so perfect, such as spaces, location and host that I would recommend it for any longer stay! Alessandro super helpful in every respect, the house very spacious in a very nice private building and super comfy!

Very nice, quiet, safe and clean location, it offers a fitness area and the possibility of admiring the surrounding nature and breathing clean air, not far from the center and easily accessible by private or public transport. Welcoming, polite and helpful staff, I was able to see a great relationship between photos and description of the amenities from the website and the structure itself. I'll definitely be back, I had a great time, if you're looking for a place to lean on, it's the right one.

Great place to visit Umbria, the house is small but there are three of them, the hosts are friendly and always available, the house is clean. The village is very quiet, nearby pharmacy, medical guard, supermarket, bar and tobacco shop. If you don't expect luxury at this price, it's worth all the money spent. Thank you.

A simply fabulous location with a level of peace and nature at the TOP. Itwas a vacation where I was finally able to relax properly, among great Tranquility restaurants and services offered. Truly recommended

We had a great time at Francesca's place. Super clean, super cozy and functional, she is always very kind, also suitable for our 2 four-legged friends!! Scheggino is a wonderful village

Lovely house and lovely surroundings. Perfect for large families/multiple families The house has 3 sections with their own bathroom The kitchen is very well equipped and it is a pleasure to use the outdoor pizza oven The hosts are quick to respond, and Carlo the host was quick to help with minor issues

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cozy, comfortable, and spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a beautiful and comfortable pool, I recommend booking with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

Celestino's house is a small pearl on the Salto Lake. It offers all the comforts and has a truly bucolic view. Celestino was very kind and helpful. The area around the house is quiet, calm, and relaxing. From there you can easily reach many things that the area offers if you are a lover of hiking and the like (we went to Monte la Serra and the caves of Val de Varri). We recommend Celestino's place

This is a stunning villa in a beautiful location where you feel isolated in the best way. But you can actually walk 5 mins to the bakery or 10 mins to the supermarket. Or head into Terni for delicious meals. But we stayed in a lot because of the lovely big tables to use & the kitchen had everything we needed. There was so much space in the house and in the grounds that we never felt on top of each other with plenty of spots to enjoy. The heated pool was also an absolute bonus that didn’t disappoint, with inflatables galore & a fridge nearby! Alessandro was so helpful and on hand for any questions both before and during the stay, which helped for a smooth process throughout. Just a heads up about the mosquitoes that were here but with resources supplied by the house & lots of bug spray, you should be fine! Would definitely go back here! So many lovely memories were made ❤️

I stayed at this Airbnb for a week, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place was fully equipped with everything I needed – from cleaning supplies to kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. She even drove us to the train station and helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. It was a comfortable, smooth stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-prepared and welcoming home away from home.

It was wonderful staying in Ignazio's apartment in the beautiful Spoleto. He was such an accommodating host: meeting us, taking us to his great place, and telling us all about the area. Spoleto is a fascinating city, and we would love to return. The flat is extremely comfortable, and lovely, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to gorgeous restaurants and sites. Thank you!

I thank Giulia for her kindness and the experience she made us live. Not a given, it allowed our dog to spend this vacation with us, one of the few apartments that allowed us to do so. The house was very large, larger than I expected and more than the photos, very well furnished and complete with everything, in addition to the classic sheets and towels, all the utensils for cooking were available and not to be taken for granted, including salt, oil, vinegar and spices. Very cool and bright house. A ten-minute walk away there is an excellent shopping center with also a Conad, it allowed us not to use the car but enjoy the walks, close to many green areas, a fifteen-minute walk to the center of Terni, a fifteen-minute drive to the Marmore waterfalls. In addition, Giulia allowed us to check in early and after a long trip knowing that we had arrived and could unload our bags is fantastic. It was a great experience that I would repeat a thousand times.

Omar is a very kind and helpful host, his mother Nella warmly welcomed us at check-in by carefully explaining the characteristics of the house. The apartment is very clean and looks like the photos. We recommend it as it is also in an ideal location for those who want to visit the Terni area and surroundings.

It's not my first time staying in this home and it's not a coincidence. I was happy to come back for Lorenzo's kindness, the fact that there is reserved parking, beautiful surroundings. Everything is clean, functional and working. Great cleanliness. Fully satisfied.

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent two days in total relaxation in Maria Laura's house. The pool gives that extra point, perfect for spending time even in the beautiful garden that surrounds it. We were treated so kindly and we were allowed to do as we were at home. Really satisfied! I recommend it for those who want to spend a couple of days in Spoleto to visit the city.

The location is quiet, Lara is very kind available for needs and at the same time despite living in the same building (the house has a separate entrance) it is reserved and not at all intrusive. We stayed two weeks with friends and 4 children who have all the space to have fun especially thanks to the beautiful large pool equipped with sun loungers and space to lean on or eat . It has a barbecue we used a couple of times . Near Terni, nice things to visit . The description of the house is correct in every aspect : bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms . New windows and mosquito nets. In short, recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Umbria , or Lazio . An hour by train from Rome .
