Amazing definitely recommend

An absolutely beautiful house, in easy walk of the restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was a bit fresh in late May, but beautifully clean and inviting on a hot day. The garden was well maintained, and full of gorgeous herbs and flowers. The house has loads of character, and is stylishly decorated. Comfortable beds and good linen. Lots of nice areas to sit outside, to catch the sun at different times of day and enjoy the spectacular views across the valley and over the rooftops of Narni. Can’t wait to come back.

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cozy, comfortable, and spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a beautiful and comfortable pool, I recommend booking with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the place for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If in addition to that you are animal lovers, you will be really satisfied with cats as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect stay in a unique villa! The villa is located in a charming location, surrounded by nature, with a private forest, a beautiful view of the Tiber Valley and a charming lavender field. The interiors are truly spectacular, original, and meticulously detailed – you can see the hand of a professional. The house is spacious and very comfortable, perfect for our group of friends. We spent relaxing days alternating moments in the villa with visits to the surroundings: we highly recommend the archaeological site of Otricoli and the magnificent Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola. The villa is very clean, well maintained and the attention to detail really makes a difference. An extraordinary experience: we would come back immediately! Highly recommended.

Giorgio's house is set in a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of seating and plenty of shaded places, even in the greatest heat. The infinity pool is a great size, a wonderful view of the fantastic scenery, is very clean and was cleaned regularly during our stay. The house is very high quality and stylishly furnished and the many loving details make it a particularly nice place to stay. The amenities are very comprehensive and even nice pool towels are provided! The two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor remain cool even on hot days, as they get less daylight or can be darkened by shutters. Giorgio always responded very quickly and courteously to our messages and has an always reachable and very helpful contact on site with his warm neighbor Alessio. We felt very comfortable!

We had a great stay in Gualdo and the house is beautiful. Elena who met us was super helpful and set us up with everything we needed. The pool wasn’t that heated but our boys still happily swam in it. We organized through Elena to have Victoria come and make us home made pizzas in the pizza oven and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this experience. It was amazing and delicious!! (The info we were sent did say breakfast was provided and that there are delivery options for food- this was incorrect, but just letting you know so you don’t get caught out on arrival). The local store down the road was great. Overall a wonderful stay in a very peaceful and beautiful home with all the amenities you need. Thanks for having us!

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent two days in total relaxation in Maria Laura's house. The pool gives that extra point, perfect for spending time even in the beautiful garden that surrounds it. We were treated so kindly and we were allowed to do as we were at home. Really satisfied! I recommend it for those who want to spend a couple of days in Spoleto to visit the city.

The place is very nice, the apartments are incredible. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of the hosts was valuable. highly recommended.

The location is quiet, Lara is very kind available for needs and at the same time despite living in the same building (the house has a separate entrance) it is reserved and not at all intrusive. We stayed two weeks with friends and 4 children who have all the space to have fun especially thanks to the beautiful large pool equipped with sun loungers and space to lean on or eat . It has a barbecue we used a couple of times . Near Terni, nice things to visit . The description of the house is correct in every aspect : bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms . New windows and mosquito nets. In short, recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Umbria , or Lazio . An hour by train from Rome .

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

Amazing property with breathtaking views and pool. Lazio region is very underrated and this property is perfectly located to explore the little towns around Lazio. Plus it's fairly close to a train station to get to the center of Rome. Our only struggle was a stable internet connection for work, however Andrea is very proactive in resolving the issue

Laura’s home was beautiful, and perfectly located. She was very friendly and welcoming, and everything in the apartment was as described. It’s a wonderful base to explore a beautiful place.

Beautiful apartment, in a very strategic location to discover the Sabina. Beautiful landscape and view. Peaceful and very welcome area and host. Very recommended.
