Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Rieti

Abbiamo soggiornato a Valle Falsa per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Per noi era fondamentale la posizione perché dovevamo fare molti spostamenti in varie direzioni e logisticamente era perfetto. Abbiamo però apprezzato molto anche l’organizzazione dell’appartamento, la pulizia, il grande parco che mitigava il caldo. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ma contemporaneamente molto discreto. E’ una presenza che fa sentire tranquilli per risolvere qualsiasi piccolo problema possa accadere, ma nello stesso tempo molto rispettosa e non vincolante. Molto apprezzato anche l’omaggio di frutta dell’orto!

Abbiamo passato due notti con la classe del liceo per festeggiare i 100 giorni dall'esame di maturità. Posto super tranquillo, trovato facilmente (giusto complessa un po' la salita per arrivare) e immerso in una splendida natura. Tutto era pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene da Alfredo, che è stato sempre molto disponibile. Vista la posizione, nel mezzo della campagna e distante circa 15 minuti dal paese più vicino, è un'esperienza consigliatissima per gruppi di amici che vogliono prendersi qualche giorno di relax. Camere da letto semplici e belle, una spa molto carina e una vasca esterna rendono l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Bellissima la cucina situata sotto i casali dedicati alle camere, dove ci sono 2 tavoli all'esterno e uno all'interno che permettono di mangiare tutti assieme. Nel complesso la pulizia generale, le attività da poter fare e la serenità hanno fatto volare questi giorni, rendendo questa esperienza meravigliosa!

My husband and I stayed at Tenuta Le Valli for three nights and had a magical time. The owner, Ena is a warm and friendly host that welcomed us into her home with joy. The house itself is inviting, cozy, magical, and healing. It is a one-of-a-kind place that is meant for rest, relaxation, contemplation, meditation, and some easy local sightseeing. Ena went out of her way to make us feel at home with little thoughtful touches everywhere. I truly felt her warmth and love - though she's just a stranger! I also fell in love with her three horses, Julio (my favorite), Bongo, and Sunshine. Ena and her daughter were so gracious in allowing me to interact and feed them. I felt like a child in this magical place! Thank you dear Ena and her daughter Matilde for creating this haven for spiritual wanderers.🙏🏻✨💕 We had a lovely peaceful stay. ☺️

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

Otroligt fint hus med vacker utsikt! Sergio var en otrolig värd och gjorde verkligen det lilla extra. Jättebra för barn, det finns massor av leksaker och annat. Det enda jag reagerade på var kostnaden för elen som betalas separat - den var väldigt dyr trots att vi aldrig använde AC. Jag tycker också att det var lite märkligt att elen + städningen betalades separat och inte via Airbnb, det har jag inte varit med om innan. Annars var allt väldigt bra och vi hade två fantastiska veckor i det fina huset!

The house is spacious, with everything you need for a stay, clean and in a good location, I would use it again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit der üppigen, grünen Natur, der Ruhe und den vielen Tieren um einen herum war wundervoll. Unsere Kinder haben die Tiere, vor allem die beiden süßen Hunde, sofort in ihr Herz geschlossen und wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super und sie standen jederzeit hilfreich zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und alles Gute!

Wir haben den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes mit unseren Kindern und deren Familie gefeiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vor allem der wunderschöne Aussenbereich und der Pool waren fantastisch. Vor Ort ist immer jemand unkompliziert erreichbar. Das WLAN könnte besser funktionieren, was uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat. Wir überlegen bereits jetzt zum 65. Geburtstag wiederzukommen.

Casa Lavanda is een fijn huis, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door property manager Meg. Zij had heerlijke lokale producten voor ons gehaald, die wij mochten gebruiken. Zo fijn bij aankomst al wat spullen in de koelkast te hebben en wat andere lekkernijen. Meg verzorgd met liefde het huis en de tuin. We hebben diverse keren tomaatjes geplukt uit de moestuin, net als kruiden die we nodig hadden bij het koken. Echt fantastisch. De bedden en de douches zijn ook fijn. Voor alle ramen zitten horren tegen de insecten, waardoor je wel kan ventileren en geen beesten binnen krijgt. Wij hebben in veel Airbnb’s verbleven, maar dit is wel de beste. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Gerald en Andrea hartelijk bedankt voor het beschikbaar stellen van jullie huis voor ons. The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

We spent 8 days in this beautiful cottage, we immediately felt at home and did not ever want to leave. The huge garden is amazing. There were always herbs an tomatoes available for cooking. The kitchen is superb and it was a daily event to prepare and have diner with the family. Bruna was lovely and was available any time. The pool was a daily joy. Everything around the pool garden and house was very clean and arranged so lovely. We will come back as soon as possible.

Walter’s place is out in the country so it’s very quiet. We had to drive to go out for meals but it had a nice but small kitchen you can cook your own meals. Hopefully he will get a microwave for people who are used to having them. There are 2 separate living spaces in the house that you have to go outside to get to the other side. It is not a problem and it makes it very quiet in the morning in the side that people don’t eat breakfast in. We were the first people in this season and there was a problem with the hot water heater but Walter got his maintenance person to fix it quickly. Walter met us when we checked in which was very helpful. He showed us around the property and gave us recommendations for restaurants. There were 7 adults and were very comfortable.

Polina was an extremely helpful, prompt, and thoughtful host. We enjoyed our time immensely and would handily recommend the house! Don't worry if (by the time of reading this) there aren't many reviews on airbnb yet. Polina is a superb host, new to airbnb but not to hosting. The house is delightful, matched by its beautiful gardens, a nearby quaint town, and lovely mountains ripe for the hiking. A fine balance between friendly and professional. They also brought us fresh bread for breakfast everyday (in addition to a hearty spread of others breakfast foods)!
