Una location semplicemente da favola con un livello di Pace e natura al TOP. E'stata una vacanza in cui sono riuscito finalmente a rilassarmi come si deve, tra ottimi ristoranti Tranquillità e servizi offerti. Veramente consigliato

bellissima villa con tutto il necessario per trascorrere dei momenti di relax con gli amici. la casa é rifornita di tutto il necessario, non manca davvero nulla. la comunicazione con Lucilla e la mamma Mattia sono state perfette. Grazie!

Dejligt hus og dejlige omgivelser. Helt perfekt til store familier/flere familier Huset har ligesom 3 afdelinger med eget badeværelse Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og det en fornøjelse at bruge den udendørs pizza ovn Værterne er hurtigt til at svare, og Carlo viseværten var hurtig til at hjælpe med småproblemer

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Soggiorno perfetto in una villa unica! La villa si trova in una località incantevole, immersa nella natura, con un bosco privato, una splendida vista sulla Valle del Tevere e un suggestivo campo di lavanda. Gli interni sono davvero spettacolari, originali e curati nei minimi dettagli – si vede la mano di un professionista. La casa è spaziosa e comodissima, perfetta per il nostro gruppo di amici. Abbiamo passato giornate rilassanti alternando momenti in villa a visite nei dintorni: consigliamo vivamente il sito archeologico di Otricoli e il magnifico Palazzo Farnese a Caprarola. La villa è pulitissima, ben tenuta e l’attenzione ai dettagli fa davvero la differenza. Un’esperienza straordinaria: torneremmo subito! Consigliatissima.

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

L'appartamento è parte di un antico casale ristrutturato con cura e con gusto. La natura intorno è meravigliosa e il borgo di Acquasparta, distante solo pochi minuti, merita sicuramente una visita. È facile spostarsi dalla zona per raggiungere molte mete significative. Alice e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto con grande calore e ci hanno dato ottime indicazioni sulla zona. Speriamo di ritornare durante la bella stagione!

La casa un gioiellino con una vista lago spettacolare. Il signor Bruno una persona squisita e super accomodante.

Posto stupendo, ancor più bello che in foto. In mezzo alla natura, rustico ma curatissimo nei dettagli. Anche l’accoglienza è stata fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Danilo is the most amazing host! He helped was very open and wanted to help us at all times. The house is amazing and so is the view and area. We were there for a wedding and he was so nice to bring us to the venue. Best host you can wish for!

Da Maurizio potete aspettarvi tutta la sua ospitalità e disponibilità, una persona attenta a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. La casa, pulitissima e da poco rinnovata si trova a 2 chilometri da Narni, comodissima da arrivarci. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza a Narni e la conoscenza di Maurizio. Per noi è stato un piacere..

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann von der Unterkunft einige kleinere Wanderungen unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Es ist nicht alles an Ausstattung vorhanden was angegeben ist. Deswegen im Vorhinein besser abklären, wenn man auf etwas spezielles wert legt. Das haben wir auch gemacht und dann haben die Gastgeber auch sehr schnell reagiert und uns Ausstattung zur Verfügung gestellt die wir benötigt haben

Ornella super host, sempre gentile e premurosa, pronta a venire incontro a tutte le esigenze. Siamo andati in questo appartamento (perfetto per 4 come due coppie anche distinte che vogliono i loro spazi separati) e nonostante la ristrutturazione non fosse al 100% la casa è risultata estremamente accogliente.

Ottimo soggiorno, location immersa nel verde e ben curata. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per consigli e check-in. Consigliato!
