Alessandra’s apartment in Rieti was a great value! Located just steps from the Medieval stone walls of downtown Rieti. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Alessandra was an excellent and welcoming host! Her apartment is super clean with new appliances and great balcony overlooking Rieti and beyond. Ambra and Domenico were super nice to welcome us and show us the most beautiful places in the city. They also provided us with a camping cot for our daughter who appreciated it very much. The apartment is new, very clean and equipped for any need and 5 minutes from the center on foot. As my little girl said... We felt at home.

We loved our experience at Valerio’s apartment. The space was clean and airy, perfect for our needs. The surrounding mountains were so beautiful, and hearing the birdsong was so lovely every morning! Valerio was so kind and communicative throughout our stay.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of the old town and a great starting point for activities in and around Spoleto. Good facilities, harmoniously furnished. Only the soundproofing should be a little better. Many restaurants, including a good, family-run in the same house. Manuela provides you with detailed information. In particular, you should use the tip for free parking. If there's anything else I might want, it's a light switch for the stairwell at the apartment. Conclusion: highly recommended

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

We had a great stay! A beautiful view from a sunny terrace, calm in the night, comfortable beds, a clean kitchen and near to supermarket/resto if needed. A 30min walk to the city center makes it the perfect place to stay if you want to relax, have rest and recharge your mind :)

Lovely and comfortable apartment located in a great location, near Piazza del Mercato. Inside we found everything you need for the stay: coffee, water, snacks, cooking utensils. Laura welcomed us in person upon our arrival (which is not for everyone) and showed us step by step through a video where to park and how to reach the apartment in a simple and fast way.

Newly renovated, very tidy and clean accommodation. Close to Rome and convenient parking to find near the house. Also equipped with ample space and all the necessary amenities.

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

The apartment is perfect for a couple who want to visit Narni and its surroundings. It is located in a quiet area with parking a short walk away. Valerio was a very helpful host who gave us several tips on what to visit in the area and where to eat. We found everything very clean and together with our furry travel companions we had a great time. Highly recommended!

Simonetta is a perfect host, who makes you feel like you're staying with a friend, always ready to give you advice but leaving you privacy and freedom. The place is regenerating for those who want tranquility. The villages around there are one more beautiful than the other (Roccantica, Casperia), and Farfa (perhaps the most beautiful) is not even half an hour away. About 2.5 km away I recommend Bar C'È, great for lunches (amatriciana absolutely to try) with fantastic views and dinners with fabulous pinsa and mega hamburger sandwiches as well as arrosticini etc… The owner Valentina makes the difference… In short, I know where to stay and eat when I want to get away from the chaos of the city again and go buy good oil in the mills around there

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent two days in total relaxation in Maria Laura's house. The pool gives that extra point, perfect for spending time even in the beautiful garden that surrounds it. We were treated so kindly and we were allowed to do as we were at home. Really satisfied! I recommend it for those who want to spend a couple of days in Spoleto to visit the city.

The place is very nice, the apartments are incredible. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of the hosts was valuable. highly recommended.

The location is quiet, Lara is very kind available for needs and at the same time despite living in the same building (the house has a separate entrance) it is reserved and not at all intrusive. We stayed two weeks with friends and 4 children who have all the space to have fun especially thanks to the beautiful large pool equipped with sun loungers and space to lean on or eat . It has a barbecue we used a couple of times . Near Terni, nice things to visit . The description of the house is correct in every aspect : bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms . New windows and mosquito nets. In short, recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Umbria , or Lazio . An hour by train from Rome .

We loved our stay at Angela’s accomodation! The setting was amazing, the apartment was perfect and Angela was very helpful. The view from the pool over Spoleto was also fantastic.

Amazing property with breathtaking views and pool. Lazio region is very underrated and this property is perfectly located to explore the little towns around Lazio. Plus it's fairly close to a train station to get to the center of Rome. Our only struggle was a stable internet connection for work, however Andrea is very proactive in resolving the issue
