I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

Elena è una host perfetta, super disponibile e gentilissima. Ci ha fornito gratuitamente la culla per il nostro bimbo. Appartamento pulito e completo di tutto, facile da trovare grazie alle indicazioni fornite. Utilissime anche le indicazioni del parcheggio e dei vari ristoranti in zona. A 8 minuti a piedi dai luoghi di interesse, accessibile a tutto. Consigliamo vivamente! Grazie Elena ❤️

L’appartamento ha un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si trova a soli 7 minuti in auto da L’Aquila, perfetto se vuoi trascorrere qualche giorno nella zona. Inoltre, è in una posizione ideale per esplorare il Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso. Alessio è stato super gentile. L’alloggio era in ottime condizioni: comodo, pulito, e la cosa migliore è che accetta animali. Consigliatissimo!

Andrea was an amazing host that welcome us and gave us a tour of the Airbnb when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and very responsive if we had any questions during our stay. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour. L’appartement est spacieux et très lumineux, les deux balcons sont très agréables, magnifiques couchers de soleil. Carlo a été très réactif lorsque nous avions eu besoin de lui.

Leonardo and team were super responsive and super flexible! Really accommodating and helped us out with everything we needed! The flat in Terni was very nice, great balcony big enough for some sunbathing. Sofa bed pulled out into a huge second bed. Very close to shops and great restaurants! Well stocked with everything we needed. A great base close to Rome, and Terni was an amazingly beautiful and welcoming city we had an awesome time exploring. There was some noise at night, from people passing in the street until about 2am - however this could have been easily fixed for me by the addition of a fan for the bedroom! When you come to stay here, be sure to try the awesome coffee/smoothie/ice cream bar just a few feet up the road, it was one of the best places we tried on our whole italy trip! Thanks so much for hosting us, we had a wonderful time.

cinque stelle su tutto, assolutamente meritate: appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo e molto organizzato. Nonostante sia nel centro storico è stato agevole trovare parcheggio poco distante. Utilissime le informazioni sui ristoranti. Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Quando tornerò a L'Aquila saprò chi contattare!

Camera incantevole in un edificio molto antico. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Enrico e Gianna. Cordiali e attenti, ci hanno anche consigliato un ottimo ristorante nelle vicinanze. Alloggio pulito e confortevole in un'ottima posizione nel centro storico di Rieti. Lo consiglio!

Elida ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, man merkt dass sie von Herzen gerne hilft und den Gästen eine wunderschöne Zeit machen möchte. Ich habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattet Airbnb Unterkunft gehabt ( und ich hatte schon viele) . Im Kühlschrank gab es für uns Wasser , Milch , Saft , Marmelade und es waren viele Snacks und Kaffee und Tee vorhanden . Das Bad ist topmodern und blitzsauber mit allem was man braucht , sogar ein Glätteisen ist vorhanden . Ruhige aber zentrale Lage mit schöner Sonnenterasse , für kl Kinder sogar mit Hochstuhl. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit viel Platz seine Sachen zu verstauen . Wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und am Ankunftstag hat es geredet und so durften wir sogar früher einchecken und für das Motorrad gab es eine überdachte Möglichkeit zum unterstellen . Wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Elida antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten . Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen , tausend Dank für alles

Luciano is a thoughtful host. We really appreciated how well-stocked and well-prepared everything was—he truly thought of every little detail we might need. Rieti è una città bellissima ma poco conosciuta e la casa è nel cuore della città accanto al fiume Velino Molto verde e piacevole Sicuramente la consiglio

The perfect little Italian getaway, in a peaceful and charming location. As a family, we really enjoyed the rustic cottage and were well looked after. Having breakfast together every morning was really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte come Associazione che si occupa di ragazzi con disturbi di tipo sociale; per i nostri ragazzi è stata la prima esperienza di notte fuori e il contesto e il personale sono stati assolutamente all'altezza delle nostre richieste fornendoci anche soluzioni dell'ultimo minuto per garantire la buona riuscita di questa esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente

La camera è semplicemente meravigliosa: pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tantissimi comfort, incluso un fantastico idromassaggio che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. L’ambiente è accogliente e arredato con gusto. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, davvero gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Un posto perfetto per staccare la spina e sentirsi coccolati. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ringrazio davvero Cinzia per avermi fatto sentire a casa, è stato tutto perfetto fin dai primi contatti, ero in zona per lavoro con altri colleghi ed abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa è perfetta in tutto nuova e confortevole spaziosa e luminosa, ottimo lo spazio esterno, la terrazza eccezionale con una vista strepitosa che già quella basta per un soggiorno rilassante e rigenerante, la posizione ottima perchè nel paese vicina al bar al supermercato alla posta (con ATM) al ferramenta. L'alloggio estremamente pulito e funzionale, gli ambienti spaziosi e confortevoli il tutto in una pace e silenzio che davvero possono dare quel qualcosa in più ad una vacanza rilassante e di puro riposo. E' stato un soggiorno perfetto per me ed i miei amici e ci ha permesso di lavorare senza pensieri e soprattutto riposati, consiglio davvero questo alloggio e questo host a tutta la comunity.

Ottimo appartamento compresa del necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno nella cittadina di spoleto. Fornita di ogni essenziale , ampio parcheggio al di sotto dell'abitazione Zona tranquilla

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la struttura è suggestiva, immersa nel verde e offre tutti i comfort per passare un piacevole soggiorno, in più Paolo ed Emanuela sono stati estremamente gentili e ospitali.

The location of this apartment was a nice surprise since we thought we were going to be in the town of Spoleto (an error on the Airbnb website) but instead we stayed in an apartment within a historic building where we had spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The apartment was rustic and cozy, the views from the balcony were fantastic and the village was so quiet and serene. A nice bonus (even during the chilly autumn months) was having access to the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the valley. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch we certainly appreciated. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and stove but there is no oven. There is a laundry room in the building which is accessible to guests. The house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get inside the unit and also to access the bedroom which is on a level above the living space (a loft like configuration).

Posto stupendo, ancor più bello che in foto. In mezzo alla natura, rustico ma curatissimo nei dettagli. Anche l’accoglienza è stata fantastica. Torneremo sicuramente :)
