Siamo stati a Cattolica in occasione della MotoGP e Cristina e il suo alloggio sono stati perfetti per la nostra mini vacanza. le 4 biciclette a disposizione super utili per noi per raggiungere il circuito, la casa perfetta per 4 e dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi! gentili, cordiali e a disposizione per tutto! ci ritorneremo di sicuro! grazie di cuore!

Cet hébergement est un petit paradis, avec un super accueil de Giordano, le papa de Massimo, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visites et offert du bon vin. On avait à disposition ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner. Dommage, nous n'avons pas rencontré Massimo car nous étions absent lors de son passage. Maison très agréable, bien équipée, bonne literie, et super panorama.

Bel rustico immerso nelle verdi colline vicino Urbino. Ideale per visitare la città e i dintorni. Mara è stata estremamente gentile e amichevole. Il posto perfetto anti stress per chi cerca un soggiorno nella tranquillità e nella pace.

Fantastic (as usual)! Laura is a wonderfully welcoming host. The apartment is well equipped, perfectly located for walking everywhere in the city, and quiet. Highly, highly recommended : )

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Casa molto spaziosa con molte camere e due bagni, molto spazio per poter parcheggiare più auto. Host amichevole e disponibile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni su belle mete da visitare nei dintorni.

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

We had a realy nice time at Casa Aurora. It is wonderfull place with a beautiful surrounding. Thank You to Wim and Alma for your worm welcome and your tips throughout the week.

Everything was great! The apartment was very clean, quiet, and bright. The best location for getting to know the idyllic village of Sestino better. Sarah, I'll be back!

Siamo rimasti molto contenti del nostro breve soggiorno nell'appartamento di Luciano. Abbiamo trovato una casa pulitissima e ben curata, interamente rinnovata. Luciano e sua moglie si sono mostrati molto disponibili e gentili, e flessibili sugli orari. Molto positivo anche il posteggio auto in garage privato, con accesso comodo e semplice con ascensore anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli come noi. Raccomandiamo la struttura!

Appartamento accogliente situato in ottima posizione a Gabicce, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi necessari, dispone di un ampio giardino ideale per chi ha animali. Il locale è pulito, fresco e dispone di tutti i servizi, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno piacevole grazie anche a Elisa che è sempre stata disponibile nel darci informazioni sulle spiagge e i luoghi di interesse e a darci una mano se avevamo bisogno. Sicuramente torneremo.

Siamo stati per il ponte del 25 aprile in questo bellissimo appartamento, vorrei dare più di cinque stelle, a partire dal marito della gentilissima Elisa, veramente un esempio di accoglienza, tutto l'appartamento era pulitissimo, accogliente, con tutti i confort necessari, arredato in modo semplice ma con tanto gusto, letto comodo, TV con Amazon prime, terrazzo enorme, divano comodo,posto auto di fronte all' appartamento, biciclette comodissime,a poche centinaia di metri dal lungomare,self check-in , molti ristoranti e piadinerie nelle vicinanze. Lo terremo presente in futuro. Consigliatissimo !

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

Die Wohnung im 1. OG war blitzsauber und schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Geschirr und Besteck in allen Variationen vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem und ausreichend groß. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig und mit 2 Bädern toll für eine 4-köpfige Familie. In jedem Raum gab es Ventilatoren. Eine Klimaanlage wäre uns lieber gewesen. Die Wohnung war sehr warm, obwohl wir regelmäßig gelüftet und die Jalousinen tagsüber geschlossen hatten. Man bekam die Wärme aber einfach nicht mehr raus. Der Poolbereich ist schön, sauber und lädt zum Erholen ein. Es gibt sogar eine Hütte mit den unterschiedlichsten Wasser-Spielsachen. Sehr liebevoll, was Kinder angeht. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und schön angelegt. Die Straße zum Haus ist steil, uneben und schmal, teilweise stark abgefahren. An sich aber kein Problem. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und sagen „danke“!

Great hosts, we arrived very late and Alan accommodated us. Great location for San Marino, Rimini, Adriatic coast and more. The homemade pie was excellent too and very much appreciated!

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Bob. Son épouse et lui sont adorables ! Luce et Henri (les 2 chiens) sont également très mignons et ne demandent qu'à être caressés. Le travail de rénovation de Bob est excellent, et l'appartement est absolument comme neuf. L'espace extérieur est magnifique et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et les collines environnantes. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Irene è un host davvero simpatica, disponibile e gentile, l'appartamento corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione e ha superato le mie aspettative, zona molto tranquilla con un comodissimo spazio esterno in cui si può cenare, leggere un buon libro ecc, la pulizia è a dir poco impeccabile, mobilia moderna e funzionale, in cucina è presente tutto il necessario per preparare i propri pasti in totale autonomia, davvero poca distanza dal mare, parcheggio riservato, insomma la nostra esperienza può dirsi solo che positiva, i treni non danno per nulla fastidio in casa neanche di notte, ci torneremo senza dubbio, consiglio assolutamente Irene e il suo alloggio anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo stati qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Yuri e ci siamo trovati benissimo, è stato un dispiacere solo dover andare via! La casina è adatta a tre persone, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno pulito e dotato di biancheria di ricambio. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma non se ne è sentito la mancanza, nonostante il caldo di agosto. L’accesso alla spiaggia libera è comodissimo e di fronte a casa. Yuri si è dimostrato super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su spiagge, posti da visitare e indicazioni sulle attività limitrofe. Ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche due biciclette, utilissime per piccoli spostamenti! Ho apprezzato molto anche il consiglio sulla tartare di tonno (speciale!) che fanno nel ristorante che è proprio accanto all’abitazione! Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno!

Our stay was amazing, better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner and greater with home made wine and shown around. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and it was peaceful. Coming from America, I was sure I would be uncomfortable without AC or a fan. I found however, that we were very comfortable and the nightly breeze through the house at night was better than a fan. We would definitely stay again, we loved our week stay!

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!
