A top location! Private location on a beautiful mountain. Had a very nice time and Filippo responds quickly and is very flexible with check-in and check-out time.

The accommodation is very nice, very well renovated in the heart of nature. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large. The accommodation has a terrace with a view of the valley. The environment is very pleasant in the heart of nature with cows as neighbors. Mario is very welcoming and friendly. Access to the property is via a path of about 1.5 km, unpaved but passable for all vehicles except FERRARI or LAMBORGHINI. We had a great time at Mario's. GEORGE Christian

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

In the wonderful setting of Montefeltro, the house stands out for its cleanliness, the freshness of the premises, and all the comforts it is equipped with: nothing is really missing. Roberta's courtesy and availability allowed us to live a week of great rest, enjoying the beauty of the area in the morning and the large garden with pool in the afternoon.

Lovely stay!!!! The farm is a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, the pool is very clean and very large with sun loungers always available. The apartment was equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows!! When we arrived, we found a bottle of wine in the fridge and something for breakfast. Super hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They offered us an excellent tasting of their delicious wines! There are many common spaces that have made the stay even more enjoyable, such as an outdoor lunch on the veranda. What can I say... highly recommended farm!!!! See you soon!!

Chiara and her very kind, welcoming family, for whom nothing is too much trouble run this restored farmhouse, in a beautiful spot near historic Pesaro and Fano. Gelsomino's second bedroom was smaller than we expected but it did not spoil our stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beds comfortable. The pool is enticing, a good size and well kept; the garden is lovely and there are delightful spots in which to relax, play or dine al fresco. There is so much to see and do in the area; an opera festival; charming beaches a short drive away, towns to explore. Chiara's recommendations of local places to visit of artistic and architectural interest were inspired, as were the family's great tips on where to enjoy delicious typical regional food. We spent a very lovely fortnight at Ca'Princivalle! Thank you.

Wonderful farmhouse an island of peace and serenity in the middle of the hills. Everything was clean, nice and peaceful. Host available, friendly and always ready for various requests The nearby village of Orciano is a dive into the Village life of the past, truly super Only note. I write it more for the next visitors, there are really many mosquitoes, equipped with mosquitoes and mosquitoes to survive in the evening outdoors. Otherwise really super

A beautiful wooden house, equipped with everything, excellently furnished and immersed in an oasis of absolute silence in the beautiful Marche countryside. Great solution for a relaxing vacation away from the stress and chaos of the city, but still in a favorable position to reach enchanting places. Medieval villages and castles abound in the area, one more beautiful than the other. Not far away, there is the sea, easily accessible. Me, my partner and our cat had a great time. Welcoming Martina who was an attentive and prepared host, we immediately felt comfortable. Breakfast is also noteworthy, served at the time you want and full of high quality local products. We will definitely come back to relax in this beautiful setting also embellished by a small pond, which makes the setting even more magical. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We really liked the place, very cleaned and very well equipped! We enjoyed the house, we enjoyed the surroundings and also the fruits and vegetables, and last but not least the house wine ❤️ The house is in a strategic place, if you have a car very easy to visit Rimini, Riccione, Gabbice Mare, San Marino. We definitely will like to come back!

Very nice house, nice view, very nice staff, extremely large grounds, clean pool that is cleaned twice a week, lots of play facilities ( table tennis, billiards, foosball, playhouse for children, arcade), fully air-conditioned rooms, no problems with neighbors.

We were greeted on arrival by Manu. She was always very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment was as described, as was the location. It was very tranquil with good views, especially of San Marino. It is hilly so you will need your car to visit places. Electric bikes would be a good choice if you want to be more physical. Supermarkets are a few kilometres drive but easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant's similar. Beaches are accessible in Rimini and Riccione with plenty of sun loungers if that's what you prefer. Carlo was very responsive to any questions we had and nothing was too much bother, you could contact him any time. The fresh produce from the farm shop was first class as was the home produced wine and all at reasonable prices. If you want a quiet break to unwind but also within easy reach of some magnificent locations then I would recommend you stay here. Grazier mille Carlo, e magnifico.

Tucked out of the way in the countryside, Luca's home is a wonderful place for retreat after a day (or several!) exploring nearby Urbino and surrounding towns and sites of the beautiful Marche region. Highly recommend this lovely home and appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

Amazing house, garden and pool. The surrounding landscape was fantastic. Everything was in good shape and the support from the owners was top notch.

Me and my wife stayed at Davides House for 3 nights and had one of the best airbnb experiences! The moment we arrived we felt right at home! A tidy, neat room in a historic building surrounded by nature! You experience not just experience the hospitality of Davide and Anna who are wonderful, knowledgeable, spiritual and kind people but also mother nature speaks to you with every bee, cat, dog, cow, tree and nightsky. We had enlightening conversations under the starry night sky 🌌 an experience we won’t forget 🙂 highly recommended for spiritual seekers, yogis or merely city people who need to wind down a little ! We've had such a pleasant time. The Villa is beautiful and Nik is a great host.

Very nice stay, where we could stay here with our friends and family. We were very satisfied with the great outdoor kitchen and pool, here we spent 90% of our time. The decor of the rooms is top, and everything is well equipped. Also with children this is a great stay due to the presence of a swimming pool, plenty of outdoor chairs and a ping pong table. The communication with Nathalie was fast and efficient, where we were always well helped. I definitely recommend this stay to friends and if we need to be nearby again, we want to stay here again.

We stayed at Pio's place for around two weeks and really enjoyed it. Pio was very kind to help with anything, gave advice on what to see and where to eat in Marche. His house and garden gave a really good atmosphere where you can have dinner in the garden with amazing sunsets. All in all perfect place for vacation where you can relax while exploring the region's mountains, food and beaches.

Great experience and beautiful house with garden. Too bad we couldn't use the pool. Some dishes in the kitchen and accessories were missing in the house, due to some previous guests who were a little negligent. Simonetta is really hospitable and proactive in giving us directions to let us experience the area. Great to involve our kids too. We'll be back…even for a dip in the pool !

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

A Stunning Countryside Retreat in Umbria This beautiful house is set in an equally stunning location, offering a serene and picturesque environment. The property features a fantastic swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. The support provided for any questions or issues during our stay was superb, and we truly appreciated the high level of privacy afforded by the property. Despite the high temperatures, there was always a shaded spot where we could relax and stay cool. The surrounding area is equally impressive, with its natural beauty and the charm of being relatively untouched by mass tourism, offering a more authentic experience of Umbria. In terms of price and quality, this property is more than worth it. One small improvement would be to have air conditioning available on both floors of the house, which would make the stay even more comfortable.
