Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

Perfect house. Easy to find parking; close to all amenities (pharmacies, tobacco shops, supermarkets, post office, etc...), close to the train station, to Parco Della Pace (inside which there are children's games and an equipped dog area). We felt at home and Giacomo's mother welcomed us with open arms.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cottage. Separated from the main house, it's a simple solution with plenty of privacy. Everything being clean and tidy. Completely surrounded by nature, you are immersed in tranquility and silence. We were also able to use the beautiful pool given the nice days. Nicola was a kind, available and unobtrusive host. Beautiful and highly recommended vacation if you want to spend days in tranquility and relaxation.

It was a real pleasure to be hosted by Federico! His hospitality was exceptional, demonstrating unique kindness and care. The B&B was impeccable, clean and offered all possible comforts. Lovely stay!!!! The farm is a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, the pool is very clean and very large with sun loungers always available. The apartment was equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows!! When we arrived, we found a bottle of wine in the fridge and something for breakfast. Super hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They offered us an excellent tasting of their delicious wines! There are many common spaces that have made the stay even more enjoyable, such as an outdoor lunch on the veranda. What can I say... highly recommended farm!!!! See you soon!!

Four days really Wow... Alberto and Giuseppe are two kind and very helpful people... from the moment of booking I noticed a care and attention to truly quality guests... I asked for the possibility of being able to anticipate and postpone check-in and check-out and it was granted to me. I also appreciated the messages during the trip and at the end of the stay because for them the guest is the priority. Environment furnished with care and attention to every detail... A stay that advises anyone who wants to spend pleasant days without depriving themselves of comfort and services at their fingertips. The nice thing was to be able to forget about the car and experience Cattiloca, savoring every corner. Thank you very much also for the tips to be able to enjoy great aperitifs... beaches and clubs for the kids... Would we go back? 👀 Closed!!! That’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been to. Marvelous views, a very nice and well-equipped apartment, and the sweetest host. We enjoyed staying outside, watching the sunsets and the clearest night sky with stars falling down. During the daytime, it was lovely to lie on the grass and spend time in the covered swimming pool. I also want to mention that the place is extremely clean and well-maintained.

We ( 2 adults 3 children were here for 1.5 months on the beautiful property in Pergola. It was great, wonderful on the mountain in the middle of beautiful nature. Everything you need for a short or long vacation we had here. The house is solidly furnished, everything works and was super clean. The landlord and the neighbor Giancarlo were always and quickly accessible. We give full points and will certainly come back many more times.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Staying in the beautiful home of Gisella and Roberto was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the well-appointed outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every little detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and attentive, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the area surrounded by the Marche hills.

Beautiful neighborhood for a vacation. The villa looks much better than the photos. No communication issues between Marco. A huge garden with a large gazebo and a large backlit pool - in the evening you can sit outside and spend time in a larger group. A big plus is to provide a wallbox for charging an electric car (with a built-in TYPE 2 cable), in general there are problems with low voltage in the electricity network, but without a larger combination you can handle it (there have been drops up to 170V, overall it maintains about 200V - it's possible that in Italy it just is). Highly recommend to anyone! Preferably for teams in a larger group! The cabin can do it!

Beautiful home, lovingly renovated and oh so clean. Situated right in the middle of town, all attractions are within walking distance. Oriano met us at the car park and directed us to his house where he showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. He gave us a map of Urbino complete with nearby restaurant recommendations. We loved exploring the old, winding streets but it was wonderful to come back and relax in the beautiful little garden with the stunning views. Thank you Oriano and Rosanna for allowing us to stay in your peaceful home.

This is a clear example of when 5 stars are not enough, the villa is simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and furnished, nothing is missing.

Thank you to Paolo for the welcome. The house has everything you need for a quiet stay for a group of 11 people. Within walking distance, in the town center there are all the services you may need: supermarket, tobacco andanythingelse. Only note: be equipped with a mosquito net (normal if you stay in the countryside).

I stayed in Fano with my family for 3 days and stayed in Marco's MaRi apartment and I had a great time, the apartment is brand new, large, very comfortable for 4 people, equipped with all the accessories, very clean, very convenient for getting around, served by restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Very nice Fano, nearby Pesaro, and all the neighboring villages. Marco was very helpful and hospitable. I confirm the full score of the reviews of all the other guests who have already stayed in the apartment.

My mom stayed with a group of friends! They were amazed by the place and the service! They would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Giovanni was a great host. She sent me the itinerary, directions and information about everything I needed and that could be done. The house is really nice, renovated with modern decor. Parking is under the house or otherwise the condominium is 100 meters away (all free). There are all the accessories you need. It is on the second floor in a quiet area,you have everything you need at your fingertips, pizzeria, pastry shop, the market, pharmacy, bars, ATMs,and the most important thing, is a few kilometers from the sea and for those who want to know the road is perfect to get there, there are no holes or anything else. For those who have a dog nearby you can find the appropriate beach (Baia Canaria). Well, it was a really nice stay and we'll definitely be back next year.

We had a good time, very helpful and friendly hosts. So much green space where our dog was also able to play freely.

A very beautiful place, charming apartment extremely well located in the heart of the old town.Mirko is an available host, responsive, really nice. A place that we will keep because we loved strolling through the alleys of Pesaro and discovered lots of pretty shops. (be careful because I think I was being fooled by the ZTL and waiting for my fine....above all, do not enter the area by car, a simple passage will be verbalized!!
