Great hosts, we arrived very late and Alan accommodated us. Great location for San Marino, Rimini, Adriatic coast and more. The homemade pie was excellent too and very much appreciated!

The place was clean and very spacious. Claudia was super helpful and waited for us to check in despite our delay due to traffic. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment and lovely host!

We spent 4 days in Cattolica and were lucky enough to stay with Cristina. Very nice, comfortable and very clean apartment, equipped with all the comforts and kindnesses that Cristina and her husband have provided us. A very nice, kind, and helpful couple, yet discreet and never intrusive. We hope to be back soon!!!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

we stayed at Lorenzo's farmhouse on the weekend of May 1st, 1 night. Lorenzo and his family were very welcoming, as if we already knew each other. Clean, large apartment in an area with unparalleled views and calm. The farm animals are an absolute delight, especially for children and those who love nature and animals. Thanks Lorenzo and family, it was a pleasure.

There's little to say, everything was perfect. The apartment is really nice, clean and with everything you need, icing on the cake the jacuzi on the terrace! Welcome from 10 and praises with a homemade cake for subsequent breakfasts, a much appreciated cuddle! There was also a lot of information on places to visit and restaurants to try. Congratulations to Jacopo and his family for the commitment and love with which they welcome their guests.

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

We stayed in 4 a week. Well-decorated place with large living area. The second room is a little small and without air conditioning. Kitchen cleanliness to refine. I asked for extra linens that were provided to me without any problems. Tommaso is a helpful and friendly host. Overall, we had a very good time!

The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Giulia made us feel very welcome even leaving us supplies which was handy as the shops were shut. The description of the apartment was very accurate. It is a very clean modern spacious place. We loved the area. Peaceful quiet with wonderful views over the hillsides. There was plenty to do with lots of information for ideas of places to eat.

We had a wonderful day there, we had a wonderful time. It was a little paradise for us. If you are looking for relaxation and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool is fantastic, you can use it until late at night and admire the stars, you can only recommend that. We had an apartment for three people and it is completely sufficient. The highlight was the two bathrooms, so no stress while getting ready after a day of bathing. Also great praise to the hostess, a very, very friendly person who was always there to help. One more small tip, if you don't want to do without the beach, then we recommend the sandy beach in Torrette di Fano, about 20 minutes by car.

Beautiful location, tastefully furnished apartment, very functional with a comfortable small pool in the middle of the greenery with beautiful and very well-kept plants. A stay that I highly recommend to those who love the countryside and the tranquility of the Marche. The only painful note is the absence of mosquito nets on the windows ( apart from a double bedroom) and the lack of air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. Being a “attic” the heat creates significant problems. At least one bottle of water would have been helpful and very welcome upon arrival
