It's a beautiful place, everything matches the photos and description and Massimo is a wonderful person! Very good and very pleasant breakfast, and the location is great because in two minutes on foot you get to the center of the village where there are great bars and restaurants! The entire property is taken care of in detail and immersed in a quiet atmosphere a short walk from the center of Gradara. The room was cozy, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful, served with care and kindness directly by Chiara, who was helpful and hospitable throughout our stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in the Marche region.

Good afternoon! We were in a car, so parking in the courtyard of the house seemed very convenient. There was no need to look for a parking space and worry about the car. Upon arrival, we were met by the host of the house, took us to the house, showed us everything and told us everything. He was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean with a huge high bed, there was a private bathroom that belonged only to us. All plumbing was working properly, there was no inconvenience. There was also a separate small and very cozy dining room with a microwave and a micro fridge. We had dinner close to our stay in the town of San Giovanni in Marigno at Osteria Spacciodivino, highly recommend this restaurant! Unfortunately, we were only one day in this location and in this house, and we could not stay longer, but we were certainly very satisfied. Nina is a beautiful dog, and the cat brightened up our stay, we also admired the olive lard in the area of the house. Thank you!

Very peaceful setting just a short walk from town centre. Room was immaculately clean, bed comfy, bathroom spotless. Price probably appropriate for location given high demand.

Pietro and Claudio are very open friendly hosts. Breakfast delicious, indoors or outdoors. The swimming pool is a luxury. The house is very rural, with a beautiful village, 3 km away. A restaurant with local dishes. You can walk beautifully in the area. Well worth it, and of course you should have seen Urbino. Thank you Pietro and Claudia.

Apartment a few kilometers from Urbino. Well-maintained and welcoming clean environment, feels like home . We didn't meet Daniele in person, but we were always available. Ideal for a relaxing holiday also and above all with your own 4-legged animal. Nestled in the hills. We slept in the monastery, very nice, unfortunately the swimming pool and breakfast area are located 3 minutes by car, in the inn nearby. Super friendly staff. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.

Accommodation at Fabio's is very cozy and quiet. Fabio takes excellent care of his guests, he is always available. Everywhere is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast in the garden is excellent. I recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Tiziano's b&b is a lovely place. My husband and I had a really relaxing two days. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is well-kept, comfortable bed, really nice pool, which, thanks to the beautiful weather, we took advantage of throughout the stay. Fantastic breakfast, with the option to choose between sweet and savory, not the usual packaged things, but everything fresh and genuine. Thanks also to his wife Ornella and daughter Chiara, a family that deserves success for the welcoming place they have been able to create and for the courtesy with which they know how to welcome their guests.

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

my partner and I stumbled upon this absolute gem of a place by accident when we had to book a few days and by far was one of our favourite places! Both Davide and his wife made us feel at home and made us breakfast out of their own produce which was an absolute dream and the location the view and the vibe was an actual dream! We come from Australia and the one thing I can knock is i wish we stayed longer! if I could give it a 12/10 I would!!

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon

we stayed at the TARDUCCI HOUSE for 3 days, we had a great time. brand new place, very clean, very spacious room and bathroom, plenty of breakfast. the owners are very kind and helpful. if we have a chance we will definitely come back. I highly recommend it

We were looking for a place to spend 2 days relaxing, and we found it. We would have gladly stayed longer. A bumpy road that made me "sweat" to travel it (the municipality is fixing it), but once I arrived I understood that it was worth it. The owners are nice, always available and never intrusive. A swimming pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen with fireplace are available and then there are cats (curious, a bit shy) and 2 super cuddly and nice dogs. While the bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean. I forgot, excellent sweet breakfast, with super jams. It will certainly be our point of reference when we seek relaxation in those areas.
