Casa Baia Flaminia, a window on the sea, is a beautiful apartment, newly renovated, less than 100 meters from the sea, located in Baia Flaminia, one of the most "lively" areas of Pesaro, especially during the summer. The area is full of restaurants and events, and is best known for offering the most iconic sunset in Pesaro. Possibility of renting bikes for a fee.

It's an independent apartment of 70 mq , to 50 mt from the sea, which has just been restructured and renovated in all its parts, composed of a large living room with kitchens, two spacious matrimonial beds, a bathroom and a private courtyard where it is possible to eat outside. All the furniture and facilities are very new. To be available to guests: washing machine, dressing ironing axis, hair driers, ovens and all necessary to cook (plugs, dishes, forks, etc)

The B&B Gulliver is a brand new apartment, opened in May 2023 and renovated in a modern style. The location is central, in fact it is 3 minutes walk from the sea, 7 minutes on foot from the historic center and 15 minutes on foot from the station. The space is very bright and cozy and the environment has everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The area consists of residential villas with lots of greenery around.
