To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

We just spent our holidays in this apartment with attention to detail, equipped with all possible comforts. Upon arrival we found the accommodation perfectly clean, tidy and very fragrant. Rosaria proved to be very helpful and kind in organizing the spaces with us, having needs for our 5-year-old. Convenient parking is easily available on the street in front of the apartment, we moved by car to reach the beach but if you want there are equipped beaches within walking distance in maximum 5 min. Absolutely to be recommended and an experience to be repeated!!

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable host. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one stays hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the foosball table, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

A great stay in a fantastic apartment! Giacomo and his wife are very kind people and very proactive and helpful hosts. We were warmly received tips for delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment is in a very convenient location, walking distance to downtown and the sea. We also made use of the bicycles offered, so we reached the city center and/or the sea within 5 minutes. The apartment is very large and very clean! We thought the apartment was more beautiful than in the photos! We enjoyed the nice kitchen, where everything we needed was to be found. Also, the apartment has a super nice bathroom with a lovely shower. We are impressed. If we visit Pesaro again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Giampaolo and Sabrina were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay in Fano. The apartment is in immaculate condition, has fantastic amenities, including a high quality shower. Check in and check out were very easy. The room is situated right in the heart of Fano, and is walking distance to the train station. Highly recommended for your stay in Fano.

We had a great time at Rosaria and Salvatore's place, they are fantastic hosts. Very responsive and fundamentally kind. We had the pleasure of tasting the pizzas of Salvatore, who holds the pizzeria just below the apartment. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and very close to the old town on foot. Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

Ca' Masini was a pleasant surprise: immersed in tranquility yet a stone's throw from both the sea and the hills. San Giovanni in Marignano is a beautiful, lively and welcoming town, and the location of the house offers an unexpected atmosphere of peace. Impeccable communication, perfect cleanliness. Absolutely recommended!

Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

Fantastic stay. The apartment, uncommonly well-lit, spacious, and commodious featured all amenities imaginable (including a washing machine easy to use for international travelers). Silvia greeted me personally and even included such thoughtful gestures as little friandises on the pillow wrapped up in a bow. The location is ideal within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance from every cultural site and attractions. One comment: although one is entirely alone in the apartment (it feels as if one owns a home), the walls are a tad thin. If you are a light sleeper, you might hear sounds of merrymakers or morning cars…it did not bother me and I enjoyed the blackout wood windows and sliding Japanese-style panels which offered a cozy nighttime environment.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

We had a great week at Marco Valerio's place. We didn't meet him but communication was very easy. Gaetano, her father, and Carla were very welcoming and attentive to make our stay very pleasant. We are very happy to have met them and the exchanges we had with them. Well located accommodation in the village of Mondolfo, spacious, well arranged with a terrace with views of the countryside and sea.

Gentle guests and good hospitality. Quiet, clean and pleasant environment. New furnishings. When I return to Rimini I will definitely consider staying again

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Everything you read in the description is true, nothing was missing! New, clean, spacious apartment near the pebble and sand beach a few minutes away by foot; also supermarkets and very comfortable restaurants from the house. Welcoming and discreet hosts even if they live next door. When they arrived, they made us find fresh water in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. They suggested where to go to eat and we always ate well. They're a wonderful couple. Excellent experience, really recommended and if we still go through those parts we will definitely ask Mario and Angelina to be able to stay with them again!

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Very nice accommodation, the hot tub is the centerpiece. Host available and quick to respond. The village is small and well maintained.

The location and pool were as described and very clean. Roberta was a good host and was always available for our questions.
